My son on Adderall XR for about a year. Mid year-he develops flu like symptoms once a month. Fevers, joint pains, vomiting at times, diarrhea, dehydration with diarrhea, etc. Blood work done and it seems to say he may have inflammatory bowel disease. I.e., crohn's disease, ulcerative collitis. I am wondering after looking at ALL the side effects of this med, could it be that? The colonoscopy could tell us more. But is anyone out there that has been through the same type of situation with this med? I pulled him from the med with doc agreement about a month ago. He will see the GI specialist this week. Anyone with any chance this could be a problem for them please answer this. Thank you. ↓
