Hi All! My name is Alexandra, I'm 18, I have ADD and I've just finished high school. In my opinion, ADD in todays society is not taken seriously enough. I feel that there is a gap for support groups with ADD especially for young adults. I feel that when I was going through high school, I personally didn't receive the support I deserved. This made things very difficult for me. I found it hard to achieve a balance in my life. I was constantly late for classes and I found my motivation levels really down. This is when I decided to begin writing down my own personal strategies to cope. I often flicked through the pages of self-help books on ADD and couldn't find any strategy that I managed to keep track of! I wanted to create something else and this is exactly what I’m doing. I feel that my experience with ADD so far has been a journey and I have put in place routines that help me when I'm depressed. These routines help me achieve a life balance, which is something that is overlooked especially with young adults or teenagers with ADD. I'm currently in the process of writing my first novel on ADD. It will include a list of strategies and tips that I have come across and made up that have actually helped me get through school and maintain organisation in my life! If you’re a teenager like me, you know how hard it is to find support. I want to give something back to the kids who are finding life tough because I can prove to you that ADD isn't a challenge, it's a gift! We are gifted with amazing skills! There is light at the end of the tunnel. We have the power to achieve amazing skills and I want this book to inspire those things. If you're sick of not achieving the things you want to do in life because of your ADD, or you're a parent that has a child with ADD, please sign up to the waiting list for my book. I have only started and it may take some time but I promise I will finish it. People say ADDers never finish anything but I am determined to prove them all wrong. If you have any questions or ideas that you feel I should explore, please don't hesitate to ask! I love getting feedback. I'm only 18 but I feel a burning desire to offer my help to the world. I believe that I can relate to people with ADD because I have experienced it firsthand.

The link to the waiting list is here! Please sign up to be notified of my books completion.
