My daughter also got very freaked out and anxious about the changes she was going through. I found it better to let her read about it in books, leaflets etc. She also found it reasuring to hear the same information being told to her from other people (I think she thought I was lying to her about somethings) Iknow this may sound strange, but she seemed to only understand if different people told her the same things. She is 13 now and gone through puberty and coped amazing!!!! I was dreading it, but she copes every month even though she has period cramps for a couple of days. Hope this helps and good luck. ↑ |

Thank you so much for posting this question and the answers that was given. I have yet to see even the questioned asked on the other forums that I have visited.
Hopefully, others will post and also offer ideas that they have found to help with when body changes start happening.
Anyone with a son/sons I think would be a great addition to this discussion. ↑ |
