| I would say go have some fun, but with the holidays coming up I am sure everywhere will be packed with cranky shoppers. Are you going to see your mom for the holidays at all? How is the baby doing? ↑ |

Hi Lyndsey, How are you doing? I hear your kind of stressed! I bet theres a lot on your mind. I want you to know that you can always talk to me, and if you want, you can call me collect or I can call you and I would love to pray with you. You should ask God to show you what he wants for your baby. And if adoption is the way, pray that He leads you to a loving couple were he or she will be well taken care of and loved.

| What are the nightmares about? Stress and depression can definitely cause sleep problems and nightmares. I have been there. Again I am so sorry but my meeting is now. Write me back and I will respond when I get back in about an hour. ↑ |
| well the nightmares were about the delivery and pain that goes with it i was screaming and blood was everywhere. I woke up and i was sweating so bad i had to change my pajamas. ↑ |
| Wow that sounds pretty scary. Sounds like you are having some serious anxiety about the birth. Obviously I have never been in your position, but I know with most of my friends they were pretty much loopy on medication and not that aware of what was going on and although it hurts, it is a blur right after. I know that doesn't help you feel better. Maybe if you find someone who will committ to being there and helping you during delivery it will help ease your fears knowing someone will be there to support you. I know we previously talked about a Lamaze coach or maybe adoptive parents. ↑ |

well i gotta go to the bank the grocery store the dry cleaners and
plus the house is a mess and i have laundry to do. But to be honest i don' t feel like doing this but i have to. ↑ |
| I can understand that, errands are no fun. But sometimes if you just get out there and do them you start to feel better because you are accomplishing something. Are you still as tired today? ↑ |

| Have you had any more thoughts of what you are going to do with your baby? We are still looking for to adopt. We have been trying to have a baby for 9 yrs...the drs don't know why its not happening, We want to be parents more then anything! ↑ |

| Well because you are pregnant probably the safest thing to do if you are not already is to take a good over the counter pre-natal vitamin. It is a mix of a bunch of different vitamins. When my sister was pregnant they helped so much with being tired that she had to take them first thing in the morning because if she took them at night she couldn't sleep. ↑ |
