My name is Deborah and I live in Texas. My fiance Jason and I are wanting a child between the ages of newborn - 1 years old. A lot of people have tried to scam us before. We are either looking to adopt or looking for a surrogate that doesn't charge an outrageous price. We cannot have our own due to infertility.
