My husband (6'3", blue eyes, good looking, well educated) is 42 and I'm 51 so we're past the point of having our own kids but want the experience of parenting. Husband will donate sperm and we'd like to co-parent the child; i.e. be involved in child's life, emotional/financial support but not 100% of the time. We are a healthy, successful happy couple who never had kids. A lesbian couple would be ideal but single mom is fine, too.  ?

Why would Anyone take you up on this bizarre offer] If you want a child why do you Not have a child? Or adopt? I am sorry but I would never agree to co-parent with a sperm donor and their wife.  =

this is my first time really considering this . i am about to have surgery that may impact my fertility . i think i might like to have one child first and then have the surgery . i have no idea how this works . i am 33 and currently not in a relationship . I work as a nationally certified massage therapist and instructor and would struggle financially alone . your consideration of emotional/finacialsupport " not 100% " is a helpful incentive for me. i hope we can connect . again this a totally new thing for me and i know very little about these arrangements and the possible negative impact.  =
