I've heard a lot on Gluten-free diets which has proven effective on autistic children.

My 3-year-old is diagnosed as Autism Spectrum Disorder, so i have been doing lots of researches on this area.

I just discovered this website which provide many gluten-free recipes for references. Glad to share with all parents with autistic kids, i believe all of us would like to have the best for our littles darlings...

My 21 year old son has Autism/MR and he is high-functioning, probably quite a cruel joke in some ways. He gets truly agitated easily, he cannot focus, he's depressed, he has highs, he's repetitive, he's obssessive, he's compulsive and has extreme impulsitivy. Anyone that can give me ideas, suggestions on coping with his behaviors would be so, so appreciated. He has a mind that is a steel-trap, UNBELIEVABLE....thanks.....
