Check out this new site that lets you put a birthday widget on a MySpace page or Facebook page that allows friends to leave birthday voicemails that get delivered to you on your big day. It's free too! http://www.kadoink.com/index.

It all depends how old your daughter is and what you think she really would love. My daughter is a 2 year old loved Dora...so we did Dora theme. Just make it fun and not expensive.

I am trying to plan a party for my son's 5th birthday. He just watched Karate Kid and now wants to have a karate kid birthday party. I'm just having trouble thinking of activities and games that would be appropriate for a bunch of 3-6 year olds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

However, I have come across a lot of cute sites that have great products for a western-theme party! Here are those sites for inspiration:

Western party goods, like paper plates, cups, etc...

D=34373&intDisplayableCategoryID=1063

You can even get a covered wagon, if you wanted to go all out!

Cowboy Bank (this would make a great gift for the birthday boy/girl):

I recently through my daughters 3rd birthday party. It was so much fun this time around. The past two years I didn't have it down pat yet. I followed a few of your suggestions below as well. I also bought the cutiest invitations online and want to tell everyone about them. The service was great and they received a lot of compliments. www.thepinkseaturtle.com. Also, I went to the store and bought some princess party supplies that matched the invitations. It was such a hit with her little friends! Thank you so much for all the info below and I wanted to share my find as well.
Happy mother...
