I'm having the same dilemma since not a lot of $ can be spent to throw a big bash & invite his friends. But I've decided to treat him to a dinner at a reknown, and yes pricey (but we can handle that kind of expense) seafood place and surprise him with dessert brought out by the staff and have a "for hire" singer come to the restaurant dressed as a Hershey kiss to sing a song. Embarrassing? Possibly. Fun & memorable -- we think so! ↑
