YEA!! lol but ne way the baby will b fine but i would not let him smoke around my baby once i had it!!! u dont want to give it the rong idea, i can still remember my dad rolling him "homemade" cig's lol!!! and i was only 2-3 years old, my mom tells me i dont remember but i can still tell u that he keeped it in a red cookie can..lol ↑ |
| My boyfirend smoked more pot than anyone I have ever seen in my life and we have 2 children together and a third on the way all within 4 years so I dont think it affected his sperm count any. As long as you arent smoking it while pregnant(which I am sure you arent ) then theres really nothing to worry about. I was worried about the same thin when I first found out I was pregnant by him so I know how you feel. ↑ |
Don't let him smoke pot or tobacco around the baby for a variety of reasons. Your baby's brain cells and nerves cells are still developing, and the carbon put out in second hand smoke of any kind has been shown to have a negative effect on these.
Plus kids around second hand smoke have a considerable higher rate of ear infections, which are extremely painful. Even if it is only once a month.
For that little amount of smoking, he should have no problem smoking out in the car. ↑ |
| i think your husband is being selfish he should quit smoking pot alltogether you need all the help you can get raising your baby. I hope that your husband doesn't handle or watch the baby well on drugs. My husband and I both quit marijuana use after we learned i was pregnant and now we both feel good and have a lot more energy, not to mention the money it saves. ↑ |
ani't shit goin happen let him get high!!!
who dont need a little WEED here in there, hell you need to hit it a few times! ↑ |
He needs to get off that stuff right away!
Don't believe what anyone says that says it won't hurt the baby. There is good reason that stuff is illegal.
I came home from work one night at 10 p.m. to find my ex-husband sleeping on the sofa after getting high. Our 6 month old daughter was screaming in pain with her leg stuck in the crib. Her leg was all swollen and I had to bring her into the emergency room cuz I didn't know if it was broken or not, and almost lost custody of her when they heard what happened. It is only because I moved out right away that they let me keep her.
I don't know how long she was stuck like that but he never woke up because he was high. And he didn't get high a lot either, just about 10 times a year or so, or so he told me or I noticed...now I wonder if he just hid it real well.
So yes, his use WILL affect the baby, and will affect you.
If he loves you and your baby he will quit. If he refuses to quit, he loves the pot more then he loves you and the baby, and you need to go back to your mom's like I did until he gets the message or you realize you are better off without him and his addiction....even if it is just once a month. And I bet it's more then just once a month. ↑ |
