Good to hear everything is going well!! Are these appointments that everyone's babies go to just their immunizations? My doctor has only seen Brooke 2 times and she is 6 months old - once at 6 weeks then again at 12 weeks and said he would like to see her again at 1 year!! Unless I have questions or concerns otherwise. At her immuniziations they just weigh and measure her and it's just done by nurses ↑

In Ireland, all babies get weighed and measured and checked over when they get their vaccinations at 2 mts, 3 mts, 4 mts, 12 mts, 15 mts and 4 years. ↑

Not really. 24lb is the average weight (50th centile) for a 15-month-old boy. How'd she get on with her check? Over here, they don't get checked at all between 15-months and 4 years when they're due their next vaccination. They don't really bother to check them over here unless they're due a vaccination. ↑

Hmm, My daughter goes in to get her shots at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 18 months (not sure when after that) but at those appointments a nurse just weighs and measures her and lets me ask questions then we're done. I was shocked though when I took her to our doctor at 12 weeks and he said bring her back when she is 1!! Crazy! ↑
