Joy---u should wiat 48 hours to restest? I took an ept test and it came up psotiive although no real systomes of pregnancy. i have missed my period for 3 straight times. they usually are all the same. i have an appt at the doctors on may 5. i got a postivie test result and took another one the next days and it said negativie. ....can someone help me

| on feruary 3 i had a piriod then i had sex on feb 17 i havent had a period sence then but on feb 20 i took a pregnacy test and it came back negative but i still have not had a period sence then ↑ |

| Hello ladies, well I going through the same thing here, I have all the symptons of being pregnant, but keep getting a negative result, I've tested myself at home, negative. I've gone to the doctor and negative, now I'm doing a blood test and we'll see how that goes today, but I can't seem to understand Im going on two months now. what is wrong with me. Im very regular. | Hey Everyone ii took 2 blood test both negative n 5 urinee test all negative my last period was feb 28, 2006 ii had unprotected sex march 26 n the 28 n ii spotted so light from the 29 till the 4 of april now ii haven't seen my period it was suppose to arrive march 31 its april 13 n no period I'm regular n ii don't take birth control n ii have been havin headaches n pains ii gues in the utrus cuz its between the the ovaries ii chest been changing ii usually have pimples before my period not a pimple yet ii jus been crampin a lot now ii its been 5 weeks since my last period please help ↑ |

okay..so heres my story. started bc pills feb 19th (period was the 16th). i am always EXTREMELY regular...every 28 days...ALWAYS!! so i expected to start march 16th. march 6th...i started having pinkish discharge as i wiped. then throughout week it became darker. never got period on the 16th. i keep taking HPT and they keep coming back negative. it has now been 28 days from when i expected to start in march and still no period. last week my breast were tingly and painful when water touched them. i never have pimples and now i am breaking out with little bumps all over my face. i also am VERY tired and have a larger appetite than normal.......& i am pee 5 times a day while @ work when i normally would maybe go once a day. i called my dr yesterday to ask her to request a blood test from the lab but she didnt want to. i showed up today and she thought i was crazy and need to relax. i have NEVER had any period abnormalities....she says its the bc pills but ive been on and off BC pills many times and never had issues. i also forgot to mention that after the spotting or odd period?? (according to dr) that i discontinued taking the pills for fear that id harm the baby if i was. my dr said she has never had a patient have a negative urine in her office and a positive blood test...she said id be the 1st. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I AM PREGNANT. HAS ANYONE BEEN IN A SITUATION SIMILAR.

| kiarra hey sweety im 29 weeks pregnant and im 16 ye pretty young i was 4 weeks pregnant when i found out but how i found is because my period never came at all i didnt have no symptoms of pregnancy iv got them now because im in my 3rd trimester but in the first and second i dint av no symptoms i suggest u go book your self in at a clinic because your symptoms are pregnancy symptoms but it might be because your readin up on them and thinking about them that your gettin them or u cud be pregnant if u wana tlk to me ne more my msn is amybutcher_5@msn.com ↑ |

| I was having pregnancy symptoms, nipples sensitive, fatigue, gassy, and eating alot. My husband came home from Iraq for 3 weeks we was trying to concieve. So yesterdayI started to bleed it was light and now it's really heavy. I alos went to the doctor to make sure everything was fine, they gave me a pregnancy test and it came out negative. My last period came on March 16th, 2006 and now it's April 14th,2006. I don't know why I had those symptoms but deep down inside I feel like I am pregnant. ↑ |

| Hey...Im new to this forum...My name is Rae...Well...My last period was February 22nd, and it is now April 15th. My period is always very normal always the 21st or 22nd and ending on the 26th or 27th. I had sex twice during my ovulation time, and spottied during the implantation time (this is all according to online ovulation calanders). I missed my period on the 22nd of March...I took a pregnancy test 3 weeks ago and one 2 weeks ago and both were negative. I know i have gained weight...and i have every symptom including morning sickness, but it could all be psycological ya know. I want to go to the doctor, but i am SO nervous because even though i am only 20 years old and my boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years...part of me is hopeing i am pregnant...but then the other part of me knows that my boyfriend is not ready to be a father. | Hi all. Here's my situation: Since August my hubby & I have been trying to have a baby. My OBGYN put me on Pre~Natal vitamins & told me to have fun. Up until March nothing had happened...my periods are usually around the same times every month & begining in March I started charting my BBT every morning. I've also been charting everything else they tell you to chart along with that. I know that not every woman has a normal 28 day cycle. But., to my calculations my period should have been due on April 8th. I began feeling really crampy around April 6th. Usually a week before my period my breasts get very tender...however, they didn't this time. On April 13th I took a HPT which came out negative. Since April 6th my cramps have been coming & going...at times they are pretty severe & it almost feels like my period is going to start...but there is no bleeding at all...no spotting, nothing. I've been pretty emotional lately & my breast are now swollen & very tender. I'm stumped though because this HPT has come back negative. I don't want to get excited & start thinking that I AM pregnant...because you can actually make yourself believe that you are if you want it badly enough. I know that the only way I am going to know for sure is to have a blood test done. However, I was just curious as to if anyone has any suggestions for me. Hi everyone.
I just wondered whether anyone could help me out? I have been feeling queasy and nauseous now for almost two months. Early on, and not long after conception could have occurred, i had alot of pregnancy symptoms, sore breasts, cramping in my stomach, nausea etc. A lot of these symptoms i had with my first son. I took home pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I then got my period a couple of days late (which i am never late!). Was still feeling sick, particularly in the mornings so i went to docs. Did another test there, still negative. I could possibly be now 10 weeks pregnant but have had two periods along the way. They are different in colour and don't last as long as before. I 'feel' pregnant but nothing is showing up on any results. I just feel totally confused! Normally, once i got my period i would have assumed i wasn't pregnant, but reading other people's messages has made me think it might be possible. What do you think? ↑ |

Hi Aim,
When i was pregnant with my son, i experienced really bad cramping around the time my period was due, but no bleeding. So, i think you probably are pregnant. I know what its like to get your hopes up and then feel let down when it doesn't happen. From reading other posts, home pregnancy tests don't seem to be totally effective. But good luck with it! And go get that blood test.

Hello everyone,
I was hoping someone could help me. I was due for my period on April 10 and have not gotten it. I have had all the pregnacy signs I did with my daughter but the home pregnacy tests came back negatice and this morning I started having a brown discharge which I also had with my daughter when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I called the doctor and they said for me to come in for blood work. Does it sound like I could be pregnant? But why would the home pregnacy test say negative??? ↑ |

| can anyone help me out? my period is over 2 months late. so far I have taken 4 pregnancy tests - all negative. during the 1st month I experienced some syptoms of pregnancy but these have all diserpeared now. although i am stil very tired and i have gone off some foods. I dont feel pregnant at all. but my stomach seems to be getting larger and i seem 2 have put some weight on - i dont know if this has nething 2 do with the enlarged stomach. also I have been geting some sharp pains in my belly 4 the past few weeks. is it possible all 4 tests are wrong???? ↑ |

I am so glad i stumbled on this site, ther might be hope yet.I was told this afternoon that the pregnancy ( blood)test was negative. I am in shock, I was so sure it was a done deal. I had been experiencing heartburn, nausea, excess gas, swollen breasts.
I was told to return for another test in a week's time. Wish me luck. ↑ |

| Hi everyone! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I went off of the pill 2 months ago. This month I am late for my period. I have always been regular, and this month I am a week late. I have taken 4 hpt, and they show up negative, but still no period. I feel like I am pregnant, headaches, sleepy, moody, and nausea. Hi Alicia! I just went for my blood test today...we will see the outcome of it in the morning when I call. I'm not even sure what to think at this point. I feel as though I could be pregnant because I have never experienced feelings like these before. However, I don't want to dwell on it so much. Why did they tell you to come back in a week to take another test?

| hey everyone!! so i had my blood taken on 4/13. i posted on the 14the up there. anyway......i called my doctors office because i have been wanting to know the results. i dont think they would have called me back had i not left them a message. anyway...the docs asst called me back and said that my results came back and the doctor wants me to take another blood test today or tomorrow because the results were indeterminent?? (dont know if thats a word but thats what i heard come out of her mouth). this is after the doctor assured me that i am not pregnant...told me to chill out...basically told made me feel crazy...because i have had 6 negative urine tests. one just right before she ordered my bloodwork. she said i would be her first patient to take a blood test and be positive after taking a urine test. she really irritated me. anyhow...........do you guys think i am pregnant?????????? i am thinking i am or else she would have just said the results were NEGATIVE right?? this is coming from a doctor who didn't want to order my blood test in the first place and prescribed something to make my period start because she thinks i am just stressing out even after i told her how REGULAR my periods have been all my life. so coming from someone who was so sure i wasn't pregnant........why is she ordering another one???? i think i am. my friend said my doctor is just shocked @ the results and needs to see again for herself because she swore to me that i wouldnt be and that i should just act as if i wasnt. | hi everyone, i'm 23 yrs old and have 2 daughters, 2 and 3 yrs old. I had my tubes cut 2 years ago and now i'm 6 days late and think that i'm pregnant. I also had some spotting 2 weeks after my last period and i think it was implantation bleeding. That has never happened to me before. I'm also very tired and have some cramping but no period. I took a pregnancy test today but it was negative. I'm going to wait till this friday to take another p/t. But i'm scared it may be positive. | Well, I got the results from my blood test this morning. They are negative...as for why I haven't gotten a period though, it's a mystery. I haven't been under any unusual stress....and I know I ovulated last month (because of charting BBT) so, I have no idea what's going on. Thanks for listening, girls! ↑ |
