| Well, I got the results from my blood test this morning. They are negative...as for why I haven't gotten a period though, it's a mystery. I haven't been under any unusual stress....and I know I ovulated last month (because of charting BBT) so, I have no idea what's going on. Thanks for listening, girls! ↑ |

I think you are pregnant. If you had unprotected sex after starting the bc pills on Feb. 19, then you are definetely pregnant. I also think what your friend thinks. I hope that you may find out soon. The waiting itself is streessful. As for me, no period yet and 7 days late. I will take another urine test on Friday. ↑ |

| i went to the doctor on easter sunday because i was feeling sick being pregnant never crosses my mind but when he comes back with the blood results he says iam pregnant so the next day i go to a womens health clinic and do a urine pregnancy test and it comes out negative so does anyone know what is going on ? ↑ |

Vanessa,
If the blood test said you are pregnant, then you definetely are. Blood test can detect pregnancy sooner than the urine test. You are probably less than 4 weeks pregnant. I suggest you keep trying the urine test, once a week. ↑ |

I forgot to write that you can keep track of your temperature. If you have a slightly elevated temperature for more than 18 days, that also proves you are pregnant. I'm having cramps right now. I hope I get my period tonight. ↑ |

You are probably too early in your pregnancy and don't have enough pregnancy hormones to get a positive urine test. Those symptoms are normal. When was the first day of your last period? ↑ |

i started around march 25,2006 and i ended around Apirl 14,2006 but i have always had irregular periods but on easter sunday i got sick and went to the emergency room and they drew blood from me to see if i had problems with kidneys ,liver,chlosertal,diabetes,ulcers,or anything, and they also told me that they were gonna do a pregnancy test and he told me that nothing was wrong with me but my pregnancy test came back positive.so could i have still have been pregnant and been on my period? ↑ |

my friend said she found out she was having a baby,
thinks it was the first of feb when it happen.noticed the first of march,she is showing big time could this have been the first of feb.,that it happened.I dont think she would be showing that much if that was so. ↑ |

| Hi, everyone. I've been reading through these posts all morning and I keep thinking to myself I'm so glad there are other people out there going through what I am. I am 3-4 days late today. I was due to start on Sunday or Monday, but nothing by Tuesday afternoon so I took a home test. Negative. I hardly slept last night and was up at 530 AM feeling queasy, but only ever so slightly, so I took another test. Negative again. My girlfriends think I should wait untilt the end of the weekend before taking another text or calling the dr. I feel like I'm driving myself crazy - I want this so badly and it seems to be consuming my mind. The waiting game is AWFUL!! I honestly cannot say I've had symptoms, but don't remember any with my first child either, although that was 11 years ago, so I don't recall much about that pregnancy. My intuition tells me I'm pregnant, but could I just be convincing myself and psyching myself out because I want this so badly. What do you think? ↑ |

| I am 6 weeks late and stopped taking my pills a month ago i dont know if im pregnant but i have been feeling neauseous (sometimes not vomitting but mostly saliva)lately and craving certain foods and been getting tired more than usual...im really confused because i took like 3 or 4 preganany test and the results were negative and i had an irregular period before the pills .....but for some reason i just have that "feeling" and plus some of the symptoms..i was just wondering should i be worried or not? and if a blood test is more accurate? ↑ |

To Sandra - Technically, a faintly colored line does mean you're pregnant if you've read the test in the time suggested in the instructions. In my experience, I had the same thing happen where the positive line didn't show up until the next day and I am pregnant. Also, if you retest in a few days, you'll probably get a clear positive result. Good luck!
To Vanessa - Either you had a chemical pregnancy (ie early miscarriage) or you're one of the women who bleeds during pregnancy. You should talk to your doctor and have your hcg levels checked again. There's a chance you're still pregnant. ↑ |

| i'm 19 years old and my period is always on the same day of the month, i've never been on b/c. i slept with my boyfriend on the 14th of april and i was due for my period on the 17th we didn't use a condom and he did come inside me. it's been over a week and i havn't gotten my period. i've taked like 3 pregency test and they've all came out neg. i have a strong feeling that i am pregant. so if someone could help me out that has had this happen to them and turn out to be either pregant or not i would appreciate it! thank you ↑ |

I will take another test this monday. Sometimes i want to be pregnant but other times i don't. I'm only 23yrs old, and I already have a 2 and 3 year old and I had a tubal (cut) after my last baby. I'm not ready for another baby. Plus i had a tubal because i don't want anymore children. 2 is enough for me. I don't get to rest anymore. God is so hard! Please if you want children think about it. It's so much harder than you think. I've should have waited till i was 30yrs old. I will keep everyone posted. Sometimes I don't understand how God gives children to people who don't want them but he doesn't give children to people who really want them. It doesn't sound fair. ↑ |
