| I keep getting Negative test results but my period hasn't came on yet and was suppose to come on may 12th. I'm waiting patiently but i also have been eating more and sleeping more plus my breast have been very tender and sore. So could i be pregant and the test are coming out wrong. ↑ |

| karly my advice is what the dr. gave me was to wait 2 more weeks dont take a test every 3 days like some ppl say just WAIT.. relax and c.. take another if u dont get your period within that time ok..because I got spotting just 2 days ago for 2 day and it was just pink so that could be implanting I am hopfull it is anyways..but I am gunna wait 1 more week to test again cus when u are trying u could just get pregnant when u think u are so when u take the test it is negative but yet it wont come out pos if u just are like a day in the process..when u are trying to get pregnnat ur body tricks u..thinking u are when u are when u r infact getting ur body to get ready! and the worst thing about trying is u dont relize it but it plays a mental depression on you ..so just be carefull ladys and I know it is hard to wait and c..but u have to think this way u will still have a whole 8 or nine months to wait for the baby! so it wont hurt to wait a month or so ..but make sure u take vitamins not the pre natel unless u are for sure but take ur normal daily vitamins and good luck to u all I know how hard this is to go threw! ↑ |

| I am 14 days late from when I was suuposed to get my period. My period is like clockwork. I am 30 yrs old. I was on the pill for 9 years and got off of it 3 years ago. Since then I never used protection and have not had any accidents. Got married in Aug 05 and although hubby and I havent been actively trying we having been doing anything to prevent pregnancy either. In the past 2 weeks I have take 4 HPT's - all negative and then at 11 days late I went to the gyno and took a blood test. Got the results back this morning and they were negative. Is it possible I could still be pregnant? I have sore boobs (worse than before I get my period) very tired, abdominal cramping, bloated belly, gas pains, and i have been peeing ALOT. I am NEVER EVER Late. Has anyone here had a negative blood test - only to find out later they were in fact pregnant? And if so - how late were you when u took the test and how late were u when u actually found out u were pregnant? Another thing is that the gyno scheduled me for an ultrasound on May 23rd - to check for ovarian cysts. Does anyone have any info on those? If I do have cysts does that mean I can't have children? Also if I am pregnant, will an ultrasound be able to pick it up? Im so worried. I just wish Id get my stupid period if Imnot pregnant just so that I would know for sure!!! Hubby and I werent planning on getting pregnant just yet - but now that I feel like I am I wish that I was! Also, I want to be able to have children some day. Ive always feared that I wouldnt be able to have kids. And then to make me feel worse my hubby's sister just announced she's pregnant with her third kid. When I got the negative results back this morning I was just devastated. I couldve sworn I was pregnant. And I was looking forward to it. If anyone has some advice - please respond. thanks! ↑ |

| Kelley, I'm sorry for you, I know how it is to be so excited. The Dr.'s tests are pretty reliable, but you never know. If you are pregnant, it will show up on an ultrasound. I had one done at 6 weeks with my first baby because of bleeding and had no problem seeing him on the screen. I'm not sure where they will be looking with the ultrasound, but you never know, also the Dr. would be able to tell by internal exam, your cervix would be closed. | I'm having a similar problem. I am about 2.5 weeks late on my period. I've never been very good about keeping an exact track of when my period is. I haven't been on b/c since december. And, stupidly we weren't being careful. Anyway, I have taken5 test, 3 of them first thing in the morning and they are 3 diffrent brands. They have all been negative, so I am going to the dr this afternoon to get a blood test. In highschool, I was very irregular, it would be nothing for me to miss a period, but I haven't missed one or been more than a week late starting in about 5 years. I always start the last week of the month. I've also been very tired and my breasts are a little tender. I'm really nervous and jittery. I would be happy if I was, a litte earlier than planned, but I would be happy. I just can't take not knowing. ↑ |

| Hey. So my period last month was a very odd one... and I only bled for 3 days, then at the beginning of this month, I started bleeding again for 2 days. I then tarted feeling a lot of nausea and began to vomit. I have not yet recieved my period either. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests on my own and they have come out negative. Do u think i should take anoter one at the doctors office. This is really wierd for me. ↑ |

| m, the best time to take a test is the day after the missed period, or better yet a week (as per my doctor) so a test shouldnt really show a positive now, maybe wait a week and re test ↑ |

Did you find out if u were preggo? I went to the doctor yesturday and I found out that my 1st h.c.g level was 175 and yesturday it was only 15 what happened was i miscarried befor I even knew i was preggo.
It really bothers me considering the cancer and all but never the less I go for 2 surgeries on Thursday May 25. I'll keep you in my prayers and i'll let you no of the progress

If you didn't have a h.c.g level chances are you are not preggo?
Maybe you miscarried befor you knew that you were prego! If u read my foums you'll c what i am saying I have been going thru this and much more for about 2 months keep me filled in with your results

I got my results from all the blood tests the dr. ran this week, and everything was normal/negative. It really upsets me that my dr. thinks there is nothing to worry about; even when I am having all of these weird symptoms that are too physically obvious to "be in my head." I am trying to just forget about wanting a baby and move on with my life. I am starting to think that I, too may have cancer and/or cysts since I continue to have changes in my breasts, firmness in my lower abdomin, 'light' cramping, and when I was bleeding it was a very very thin consistency and light with no clots (sometimes brown, black, or light red); I usually have a very heavy period with lots of clots and painfull cramps. When I started bleeding on and off for 10 days I was 2 weeks late, but had been having what I thought were pregnancy symptoms for a month. I don't even feel like I want to keep trying to get pregnant anymore. I am so emotionally drained for all of this, I dont have the energy to try again and again and again. Funny thing was that I was SO sure that this time I was pregnant. I even thought that I felt a 'presence' in my belly. But apparently according to the negative test results that was all in my head too. I had this whole big thing planned out for how I was going to tell my husband that we were expecting; I was going to make myself be patient and give him a card and presents on Father's Day to surprize him with the news...it would have been perfect.
I am so sorry to hear that you miscarried. I hope that your surgerys go very well and as planned. I will be praying for you!!! =)

| hi, i've been ttc for a while and i'm breastfeading, so i don't have a period. I've been having a lot of cramping and nausea and feeling bloated so i took 2 equate tests and they were both very faint neg. but the controll line was very dark. then i took a first response and a negative but i swear i see anothery very faint line. | There's not really such a thing as a faint negative. The second line only shows up if your test is positive, and a faint positive is generally considered positive. Since you're breastfeeding, the test may not be accurate. If you suspect you might be pregnant, get yourself to your doctor. ↑ |
