| ok i never been pregnant but my period was supposed to come december 5 to the 10 but it never came but i had unprotected sex and he comed in me and no 5 days later im getting dark spotting and then really light spotting when i wipe do i have a infection or am i pregnant im so scared ↑ |

| Hi everyone! I have been soo confused latley... reading reviews from every site I can find!! So here is the story... I am almost 2 weeks late on my period... if I am pregnant it would have been the night of Nov. 25th * FOR SURE*... My last perid was Nov.6th-9th... It is now Thursday, December 21st ... I took a HPT digital** on Monday night the 18th and it said NOT PREGNANT... AND THEN I took the 2nd test the next morning, with my first morning urine and it said PREGNANT!! ... i dont see how that could have been wrong!???!?! I am having all the signs... cramping in my lower stomach.. back pain...my breat are sore to the touch.. and feel bigger for some reason ( is that normal this soon? )... strechy stomach feelings.... & just a sickly feeling.. and it all starts at about 5pm - 9 or 10pm.... Today I went to the doctor, and they gave me another urine test. * this was not my first morning urine* and it was negative... They went ahead and took some blood and told me it would be 2 or three days before they could get back at me with a result. If im pregnant im 4 weeks this saturday. with a 2 week late period... ive had late periods but NEVER this late. So is all this testing stuff normal??? Like having negatives and then a positive and then a negative again??? Is that a sign of a misscarriage?? Im not bleeding at all. I just feel pregnant.. ive never felt like this before... I just dont understand all these different results im getting. Is this normal? Are the Doctors urine test different from a HPT? Is or has anyone been through this before? This is my first pregnancy ( if im pregnant), and I am 20 yrs old. Hi everyone! I've been reading everyone's questions and responses and it's so nice to know that you are not alone. Here's my story . . .I have never had regular menstrual cycles. They have varied from 4 weeks to 6 months. So I went on birth control pills as a teenager to regulate them. I was told at the time that I didn't ovulate and would need help in the future to get pregnant. Then a few years ago my doctor took me off the pill. I have migraines and he was concerned about me have a stroke. Since then my periods again became irregular and I've had a ruptured cyst on one ovary. Not thinking I could get pregnant, my husband and I didn't use protection for more than a year. We now have a 2 year old son. I was 3 months late before I realized I was pregnant (although I was only 6 weeks pregnant at the time). My earliest symptoms with my son were tender breasts (at 2 weeks) followed by morning sickness (at 6 weeks).
Now we are trying again only this time I'm much more aware of my body and I want to be pregnant. My last period was the week before thanksgiving. I took 3 pregnancy tests earlier this week . . .all negative. However, my breasts are incredibly tender (much like they were for my first pregnancy). Much like you ladies, I'm playing a waiting game. I'll try another test in a few days and then another week. If nothing, I guess I'll visit the doctor. Will keep you posted. ↑ |

| I have found myself in a similar predicament as well. I have obviously gained enough weight to carry a belly that wasn't there a few months ago. I didn't really have a period last month, it was late and one day. I have all the symptoms, and I don't know what to do cuz this stupid clearblue test says I'm negative. The one day I bled last month was the 15th.... should I wait longer to take the test or should I use a different kind? ↑ |

| when i found out that i was pregnant, i had no signs of it, but i was late on my period, which never happens, so me and my husband, who by this poing was and still is a way for the millitary, kept asking me so did you get your period yet, and i was like Nope!! lol, Aug 12 was the last day of my Period, and i took a Pregnancy Test on Sept. 11... not exactly the bast day to find out that i was pregnant, thats such a sad day for something good like this to happen. but sill im 21w1d pregnant and still never got sick! lol, but my mom never got morning sickness so i was hoping that i wouldnt! ↑ |

| Hi i had unprotected sex oan 8/1/07 and also the next day..Oan the 9/1/07 a went 2 family planning later on that nite and got morning after pill.But the nurse sayed it might not work.It is now 14/1/07 and a have being getting like pains like cramp and also beeing needing toilet alot.Could i be pregant please answer back as getting worried? ↑ |

| ya well i was so positive that i was pregnant took 2 home test both pos took a test at the docs blood and urine both neg, she felt my uterus and said i felt about 12 weeks but the test were neg so she sent me home, well i was getting my periods still but very irregular and some way too light and some normal, finally went back took more test still negative so i convinced her to give me an ultrasound because i was feeling things, so she gave me one and guess what 22 weeks pregnant so you never know i had negative tests and periods yet still pregnant if you feel pregnant keep pushing for an answer till your satisfied! ↑ |

| I am 5 days late for my period on a long cycle (40 days). i have been a bit nauseous for a few weeks and have been spotting daily but VERY lightly since my period was due. i am experiencing AF-like cramping. not too strong, but strong enough to make me uncomfortable at times. 5 negative pregnancy tests so far... does this sound like a late period of pregnancy? help!!!! ↑ |

My first test was negative but I had tested too early. I got a very faint positive line 4 days before my period was due and when the dr did my blood work my hcg levels were only 35 but the following week they had gone up to around 639...then they were almost 7000 the following week.....so good luck you might just be testing too early ↑ |

| i also am having trouble figuring out if iam preg. iam 9 days late for my period... never ever this late.... took about 4 preg test... no real syptoms of preg other that mild nausea... nothing else... today i noticed that i had alot of trouble w my jeans.. they are not as comfy as they normally are .... when they are buttoned i feel alot of pressure in my lower abdominal... could i still b preg?? ↑ |

well not me but my close friend she did the test when she was 7 days late and it turned negative and she tried it again on the 10th day of missing her period and it turned postive...so its 40 days since ur period started.

| Hi there, new to the scene. I've read all your forums and everyone seems so helpful. My husband and I are in the process of "trying" but so far, 4 months in, have been unsuccessful. I tried the OV tests the first 2 months but found them highly discouraging when I realized I wasn't pregnant each time (has this overwhelmed others?) | Hi, for the last few days I have the feeling I may be pregnant. I do still have my period and im on the pill but I have bin on antibiotics and Ihave once forgotten my pill.However the reason i think iam pregnant is because on ma lower stomach it feels hard n I get cramps n sometimes it even swells up, it feels like a pulling. I have not yet taking a test but Iam thinking about it but Iam woried that if it is negative I still may be pregnant as my sister had previously a few years back been pregnant and her test continuesly said it was negative although she had been 5 months. Iam also going on holiday and dont really know who to turn to for advice. And how long can one be pregnant before the cut of for a determination?Also i was told by the gp that antibiotics do not affect the pill and was still given a morning after pill and still I dont feel right, what shall i do? ↑ |

Hello,
Last month i had my period on time but it was not normal. I bleed a little on the first two days and the third day a lil more and the fourth day nothing, and it was over. Now i am week before my next period is suppose to start and i have been having headaches, bloating, nauseas after i eat and cramping like period cramping. I took two tests a week ago and they both came up negative. could I be pregnant or what should I do, I am very confused ↑ |

| I am 6 days past my period due date, but the HPTs are negative. Is it too early to go get a blood test? Why would they show up negative if I am pregnant? | Can anyone please help I am 3-4 days before my period. I bought a HPT at kmart (american fare) and got a slight positive. I could not believe what my eyes were looking at so I went to walmart and bought first response. First response (early detection) came out negative. I was really upset and now Im afraid to buy anymore. I am very confused and cry at times. I have been trying now for 5 1/2 years. Has any one gone through this problem. | I had a situation just happen to me 1 positive followed by 2 negatives. All this happened before my period due. I was very confused but bottom line I got my period as usual. My advice for anyone out there going through the same problem you are not pregnant for sure. I guess there is alot of reasons why testing early could give you a false positive. Such as early misscarriage, cyst, or just a defective HPT. The best thing to do is just wait for your period. If your 1-2 weeks late then go to your doctor to see whats wrong. Im sure sometimes they are miracles but they rarely happen. ↑ |

| i'm having the same problem as most of you are. I was supposed to start my period on July 12th and nothing happened so i took a pregnancy test on July 23rd and it came back negative so i took another test on July 29th (in the afternoon) and another one on 30th (in the morning) and i took one on august 1st and again all negative. I have had some cramps like i'm going to start my period. And today i was sitting around watching tv and i noticed my boobs felt a little weird so i looked at them and they had some liquid coming out and lately my breasts have been incredibly sore and swollen i know they usually swell up around 2-3 days before i start and it usually calms down around 2-3 days after i start but they have been swollen the for around 3 weeks now. I have had some constipation but no nausea and i'm not tired at all. I have never been this late before if im really stressed out it will push back between 3-5 days but i have nothing to be stressed out about. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex almost everyday and he didn't pull out so it could be a possibility that i might be pregnant but i don't know if im just stressing about it too much or why these test keep coming back negative. ↑ |

| I am 26. I am 6 days late with my period. I am usually like clockwork when it comes to that. After being 4 days late I took a HPT and it looks like it could be a very very faint positive. My bf and I both loked at it and we just don't know if we are seeing right. You have to look really good to see the line that makes it positive. I took another test yesterday- day 5 and it shows negative. Originally I thought I would start my period on time because of the cramping but now I still have no blood and I am still lightly cramping. I have been dizzy/ light headed for the past 3 days and have been urinating more often. I come very close to gagging when I eat certain things. I have been very emotional lately also. I am going crazy wondering if I am pregnant and so is my bf.....Anyone have anything to say? Please anybody!!! ↑ |

| First you need to start a new post. This one is very old, and you will get more responses if you start something new. I didn't get a positive until I was 10 days late. If you are 2 weeks late and still getting a negative you need to go have a blood test done. If you aren't pregnant something could be wrong. Just go see your doctor. ↑ |
