| Nikki, you're not a failure. I know it is hard to hear at times that you are not 'perfect', as everyone wants to be perfectly healthy. Being a mom is MUCH more than being able to get pregnant. Being a mom is what happens after you have your baby! Until then you're a mom to be :) Trust me, it doesn't matter to me or my husband one little bit that our babies weren't made without assistance of the drug, what matters is that they were made because we absolutely wanted them and they were made from our love. Who cares about the drug, it is MUCH more common than you would ever know. It is frustrating when you are trying to get pregnant and it doesn't work for you easily, but I don't feel like any less of a woman because I had to take drugs, I feel like Superwoman because I'm the mom of the two most wonderful little girls that I've ever met. I'm absolutely grateful for the advances in medicine to allow me to have these gifts. You'll have to pick yourself up, allow yourself time to grieve over this situation, and then pick yourself up and consider yourself extremely lucky that you are not struck with a disease that is incurable and that there are options for you to still be a mom. | Well, on my first pregnancy, I had taken 4 pregnancy tests and they all came out negative. I was still missing my period and still had all the symptoms that I was, in fact, pregnant. Once I got a blood test done, that's when it came out positive but, even with the blood test it thought I was only 4 weeks along when I was really already 4 months along. It was scary to know that a pregnancy test could not read a positive sign that entire first trimester but, I guess it was because I wasn't developing enough hormones to show on a urine blood test. If anything, you should see a doctor and either get a blood test done and if you've already done that then, perhaps try getting an ultrasound done just to be sure. Good luck. ↑ |

| Hi ladies. Hi are yall doing today I have taken to pregnacy tests I was suppose to start my cycle on the seventh of the month or a couple of days before it has been like that since iv'e been off my shot 8 months ago the symptoms I have been having are nasuea, vomiting, and very bad headaches. | Nikki, You could be pregnant, wait a few days and try another HPT, if still neg. I would call the doctor for a blood test, dont always trust those HPT's because they arent always accurate. Friend of mind was pregnant with her daughter and she kept trying to take a HPT (6) different ones and kept on coming out - and then finally went to the doctor and took a blood test to find out she was indeed preg.....by then she was 4 months. Got with your gut....!!!! ↑ |

| hey yall i came here because i am having the same situation. i was supposed to get my period on the 26th of november bu i got it on the 20 6days early but it was NOTHING like my ususal period, it only lasted 3 days and just spotting and its usually 6-7 days heavy for atleast 4 of those days. so i thought i might be pregnant i took a pregnancy test a week after the spootting and it was NEGATIVE i took another one after that, still negative. i have been having sore boobs for about a week and a half now and very sore nipples which i never had like this b4. ↑ |

| iam a breast feeding mom of a 5 mnths old baby, but my baby is not completely breastfeed she is also on bottle feed and now cereal as well,last mnth i had my periods on the 1 of nov, but this mnth i still didnt get thm, before this pregnancy thy used to be very regular, is tht thy r irregular this time coz of breastfeeding or is it tht iam pregnant. ↑ |

As far as i've learned, breast feeding could still be giving wacky imbalances, because your body is still responding to pregnancy hormones, although theirs always a possiblity...i would take a HPT...or Blood test....GOOD LUCK!! ↑ |

| I have had sex but it was the day after i had my period. The day after having sex i have experience very light bleeding. Is this due to possible pregnancy or maybe experience because i havent had sex in awhile. I am also on birth control pills but since i couldnt take them till the day after i had sex i am worried. Since it was the day after my period my friends say i shouldnt be worried but i am. ↑ |

The chances are slight, if you have regular periods...then probably no, being on birth control can give you off balances.If your still not sure wait a week or two and try a HPT. ↑ |

| I haven't seen my period in 4 weeks. My periods aren't always regular, but they come every month. My last period ended on 10/17/05 and it was shorter than normal. | i had missed my period last year and i took alot of home pregnancy tests, i had the symptoms and everything...nausea tender breasts no period...come to find out i had pollip cists on my overies, the doc told me i prolly had a good chance of not having kids..here i am a year later 8 months pregnant...so i would see the doc. ↑ |

| Hi i recently had a baby boy 8mths ago and my periods are 21days late i have done 3 pregnancy tests all came back negitive went to doctors yesturday for blood test find out today she told me after you have had a baby it takes your HCG levels at least 12mths to get back to normal and that is why the test wont work i will let you all know later if i am pregnant. ↑ |

stopped the pill in August because my BF was going out of town. My Cycle was regular in September and October. I started taking the pills again on 10/28 for 15dys than stopped because I was going to see him and we wanted to try for a kid. soon as I stopped my period came two days later on the 10th and this was normal. now I am almost six days late and I have taken a test that was negative. Could I be pregnant? ↑ |

| I have had that happen before and I was about 4 weeks when it was negative and 5 weeks when it was positive. It is ironic that I am going through the same thing again right now myself...I have had 2 negative test and am 2 days late ( always regular) and feel symptomatic. ↑ |

| Well, i am around three days late and lately i had been starting early, by one or two days. I have thought i was pg before and taken the test to find out negative. I was thinking about taking the test becasue now i have slight cramping just like if i was getting my period, but i run to the bathroom just in case and nothing. | My period was due Nov 13 and I still haven't gotten it...I have had now 3 neg hpt's but still feel as if I am pregnant. I had some symptoms like I was going to start...I got a couple of acne bumps on my face and my face is a little splotchy red. But still no period. Usually before I start my boobs hurt for a few days straight but this time it is just nipple tenderness on and off. The other piece of this puzzle is I just had my Mirena IUD removed on the 28th of November...right around the time I was ovulating. I had intercourse for the next 3 nights. | i am going thru the same thing. im about two weeks late this month. the month before was light and lasted only 3 days. i keep taking tests at home and at the docs but all came back negative. my body is telling me that i am pregnant. the docs wont do anything becuz of the negatives. i dont want to wait long and not get any care if i really am pregnant. im just frustrated! ↑ |

| I took a test this morning. Husband and I are trying to have a baby. I have been feeling like I have to throw up for about 3 days now. My periods are regular except I did not get a period in October. I got one Sept 28 but we did not have sex that month. I did not get a period in october but got one on November 22nd. Husband and I started having sex the week after and have not stopped since. Now today I feel nausea and took a test this morning but it was a very very light faint line and it said negative. I assume it is to early or I should just wait til the month is out before I take another one. That is the only symptom but I feel that way at times and it has nothing to do with me being pregnant. Now I do go back to my physician on another matter on the 30 of this month should I just wait to go then. What do you suggest.. ↑ |

| my opinion....maybe u should wait and see if u get a period at the end of this month. then test again just to make sure. if it worries u then tell the doc on the 30th. maybe u just missed a period. since u said that u and ur husband didnt do it in sept. about the nausea...some ppl feel that way and have other symptoms around their period time. i hope that everything goes well with u and ur family!! best wishes!! ↑ |
