| if any one is here Please help me, I am 34 yrs old. I have one child 11 yrs old. i have had 2 miscarraiges in the last 10 years. My last period was on the 12th of dec. I am very regular. I have taken 3 urine tests and all negative. technically my calendar said I should start by the 9th of jan but I usually always start on the 12th of the month. it is now the 20th. this morning i took a first morning sample. but i saved it in the fridge to go buy a test and that one also came up negative HELP what should I do. i have sore breasts and very mild cramping. usually my cramps are severe before my period ↑ |

Hi Sally! I wouldn't rely on those pregnancy symptoms too much... I had no symptoms during the 1st few weeks of my pregnancy... so the classic symptoms are not always experienced right away or by everyone. Those symptoms (fatigue, nausea, etc) could be PMS, tiredness, or just about anything....
However, if you tested negative, it doesn't mean that you are not pregnant... and the symptoms you are experiencing MIGHT be pregnancy.
I think you should "pretend" you are pregnant... meaning that you should avoid alcohol, take folic acid, eat well, and so on. Better safe than sorry... And I would definitely test every week until your period comes back or you get a positive. I wouldn't test more often because it is a waste of money and I find that those pregnancy tests are highly addictive!!!!
If you feel something is just not quite right and are uneasy with it... then go see your doctor and ignore the above! I really believe we have good instinct for those things!
I'm in the same boat... I'm usually regular and now I'm 1 week late... I did a prego test and it was negative. I feel like taking a pregnancy test everytime I use the washroom but I know that would be crazy...

| i have been having the same problem's..... i dont have regular periods, so on oct 1,05 i took b.c.p. so i would start.... i started on the 15th after not having my period in a year.... it was actually a regular period, but about a week after i got off, i had spotted just a lil bit, and every since then i have been swellin in my stomach, my stomach is hard and its like i can feel stuff in my stomach....... i have takin 3 different test and they were all negitive, i even went to the E.R.... and still that's a big NEGITIVE* i have been married for over a year and together now for 3.... i have 2 daughters already but not by my husband........ i seriously think that im pregnant..... but in a way the negitive test are making me think that im crazy.................. so is there anyone out there with these types on problems??? if i were to be pregnant i think i would be about 11 weeks, specially with the way that my tummy look's....lol........ ohhh b.t.w. the dr. told me that the reason my stomach is swollen and hard is because i'am bloated.... hahahahahah yeah right............. have you guy's ever been bloated for over two month's??? im going to take some more test, and i will post a reply on here soon........ if any of you seem fimiler in this situation, can you please email me at PULLALOTOFSGIRL@aol.com............... thankx!*** and very good luck... and also remember that it will happen... if you keep expecting it, it is less likely to happen......... everything happen's when you least expect it!!!!********* ↑ |

| Sadly to say. I got my period this morning. I am so depressed. I was so darn hopeful that this time would be my time. I have been trying for over 10 years to have just one more child. 2 miscarraiges and then calculating my ovulations and still nothing but a big fat 0. Go figure obviously someone does not want me to have any more kids. Anyways good luck to all of you. hey suzie. thanks for the informations and everything and i will take your advice on this. its always better to be safe and regret it later i think. but hea i will test again and i took one of my friends last night that i knoew someone that is trying and hoping to have a baby.
they told me the same advice that you told me. but really they don't know that iwas talking about myself.cause i don't want to tell anyone unitl i know for sure if you know what i mean. especially my fiance cause if i'm preg he will be so happy but in another way what if i'm not preg then he will be depressed and so will i too. like i said i'm just going to wait and test again and problay go to the health department for a test to see what they get also better to be safe right. thank you for the advice and keep in touch cause everyone here is someone they can talk to and don't be judge. ↑ |

| Donna: i had a friend to have her tubes tied too after her 1st marriage with 2 boys and got remaiired and they decide that wanted a baby together of their own. so they decide to go the dr and talk to them and she had her tubes untied i guess you can say it took her a litlle while but she got preg and had a little girl with her 2 husband. i say just go and see what your dr says about that as long as that is what you both want together. ↑ |

| Yes. It wasn't until I was two weeks late for af that I got a positive result. The first test I did was 3 days AFTER my late af, and it was negative. I tested again a week later and got a real light positive. I waited another 4 or 5 days and tested once again, and got a real dark positive. I am not sure why I didn't get it early, BUT it can happen! Best wishes!!! I hope you get that positive soon! ↑ |

| When I was pregnant three or so ago. No joke I took around 5 home urine preg. test. All of them negative. Then I started eating foods that I normally didn't have a taste for. That's when I girlfriend told me to have the doctor do a blood test. Now, all of the home preg. test was within two weeks of each other so maybe 3 in one week two the next. Acutally, I was three months pregnant the third week of my suspicion when I went to the doctor's. So for me it's never the urine test... Unfortunately, I have all the other crazy symptoms when I have my period so, I natually I didn't think anything of it. The only difference was I had this crazy taste in my mouth that I could not get rid of and it was very hard for me to get comfortable at night to sleep. ↑ |

| hello, all guess what i just found out 3 days ago that i am in fact pregnant.....went to the doctor to talk about getting on obvulation medicine because i am so irregular and i dont obvulate every month...heck i dont even obvulate every 3 months...but anyway when i went to talk to her she did a pap and she said i was really sensitive.and well anyway they did a pg test but i told them i checked a wk before that and it was negative...but than she said guess what you are pregnant....so i went home and had to do a home test just to finally see one that was positive..and it was!!!!!!!!! Girls u can find out as early as 2 wks! but i am telling you unless you know of any hcg prolbrems of you havinf hcg levels being to low....the cheapest pg test will work and tell you! FIRST RESPONSE DOESNOT WORK IF YOU ARE IRREGULAR! ↑ |

| it could be that in fact you really are pregnant or that you really want a baby so your having a phantom pregnancy this is when you have pregnency symptoms sickness etc and there is actually no baby there and sometimes pregnancy tests can also be positive sorry i cant help more. ↑ |

| well, as of right now i'm two days late. every once in awhile i have cramps around my ovariey area and the top parts of my legs hurt most of the time that is how i know when its time for my period is when the top part of my legs hurt really bad. i will give a couple more days or something but donwant to get my hopes up right this sec. but i really do wish i was preg or just get an postive sign or something.me and my fiance would be so happy and on the top of the world. but i can be patient about his and see what comes to the days later huh. talk later ↑ |
