Name: Noa113 [ Original Post ] I am starting to think that this baby girl does not want to come out! I am 40 weeks and 4 days, and I am starting to count the hours! I have tried sex, red leaf rasberry tea, walking, cleaning my house like a madwoman, jumping, relaxing, and I even did the special induction massage. Nothing... My OB wants to induce me on thursday and I am not crazy about the idea. I would have lived to go into labour myself. Plus I had the non stress test last thursday and my baby girl is healthy and swimming in a huge pool of A rated amniotic fluid. Any advice??? ↓

Haha. I went to 41 weeks and then had my labour induced with a little gel. Baby comes when ready. ↑

Were you already dilated ? I am 3 cm dilated already. Maybe only gel could work for me too? ↑

I was 1-2 cm dilated and had been for a few weeks. Only one little bit of gel and I was in labour within 30 minutes, so I was pretty much ready to do. I'd say it'd work for you too, but everyone is different. ↑
