Name: revellie [ Original Post ] Hello all! I am probably about 5 weeks maybe less. I took a home test yesterday so the doctor won't see me until June 29. I don't know what the right way fo rme to respond to the news is. I was divorced Nov 2005 and the year leading up to the divorce was really hard. We were trying to conceive and I was diagnosed with Luteal Phase Defect and finally with unexplained infertility. Now, I live with my boyfriend and his 3 children. I believe that God (not that I am overly religious) had some master plan for not gifting me with a bay with my ex. So, I am very excited but also am not married (and not sure if I want to get married just because we are pregnant). Also, he already has 3 kids. His ex-wife is a gem in ahalf (that is sarcasm) and when it is time to start telling everybody I can only gues what she will say. I have a lot of emotions right now. I think my due date will be in February. ↓

well congrats on being pregnant...i think its a gift to not have gotten pregnant with your ex too... i also think that you should get married when its right for you not just because you have a baby on the way. Oh and screw what your boyfriends ex wife says..she is his ex for a reason and she is just jealous probably..... ↑

Congrats on your little baby! Never mind on not being married, and not planning on marrying for a while yet. You've just come out of a divorce; give yourself time to readjust. :) I've been with my guy for over 5 years, we've been engaged 2 years, I'm 27-weeks-pregnant, and we have no intentions on marry for another 2 or 3 years yet. :) As for the ex, ignore what she says. If it's negative comments, she's just showing herself to be jealous, which isn't attractive. Rise above it, and ignore her comments. You're going to have a gorgeous baby! Think of the good things in your life!!! ↑

well congrats. Don't sweat the small stuff. You guy must be a good dad if his 3 kids live with you guys so even if things don't end up workiong out between the two of you your child will still ahve two parents who will love and take care of it. As for the ex....well....what can I say some women are just bitter. Don't ler her get under your skin. If she is negative then she is jealous jsut as briseis said. So be happy that God has blessed your with the baby that you tried for so long to have :) Oh yeah and welcome to due date. ↑

Hello Congrats on your news, I'm probably a little further along then you but not much. i go to the doctor for a physical tomorrow to see how far along i am....i'm betting i'm due in January but not sure? And dont worry about not being married i'm not married either i have been with my boyfriend for about 6 years now and it hasn't even crossed my mind! ↑

CONGRATS!!! I totally agree with "fate" and "those above" and also am not highly religious (AT ALL!) Just wanted to say congrats and I hope to be as lucky as you soon... You are due in Feb because if I'd conceived this month I would have been due on my birthday (Feb 10th.. weird huh?) Good luck with everything :) ↑
