OMG my 4 yr old boy got jaopeno in his eye last night and it was BAD!!!! he cried for 1hr and 15 min straight and finally I called the er and they said to call poison control whom said to flush for 10 min. WELL.............I have news a 4 yr old that doesn't want his eyes flushed is NOT going to let you do so.........more was going up his nose and in his mouth than in his eye as he was throwing a MAJOR tantrum!!!!! He ended up crying from 5:15pm to around 6:45pm..................we finally bribed him to go to the convinient store w/ dad to get some candy in hopes he would calm himself...................he cried soooooooo hard he puked in the doorway of the store when they walked in and then on my floor and couch when he got home.
Hos poo eye looked sooooo bad swollen red, and nothing ws soothing it, we had even tried visine. I got some on my hands last weekend that burned for like 4 hrs and I know how it hurt my hand and I'm wayyyy older than him and in his eye no less, poor boy! He worked himself into such a frenzy he even skipped dinner last night, just crashed from pure exhaustion from crying! ↓
