My sitter NEVER washes out spit up or boo boo from my son's clothes! So by the time I get him and his bag home, I scrubbing with all my might to get stains out that have set. I was considering giving the sitter a bottle of like Spray & Wash to put on there. Are the chemicals too harsh? Is there something made for babies or a better solution anyone knows of???????  ?

You could have her put them in a bucket of cold water just until you get home and that way the stains remain "fresh" for ya and easier to scrub out later (or to add spray and wash to) :) My sil said leaving SnW on there for a long period of time before washing actually can set a stain (not sure about this tho since I don't use it usually).  =
