According to theBREASTFEEDING ANSWER BOOK, published by La Leche League International, no evidence exists that the nursing mother's use of hair-care products, such as hair dyes and permanents, has any effect on her breastfeeding baby. ↑

lol. Reread your post. ;) And no I dyed by hair while pregnant and baby was fine. I'm sure the same applies to breastfeeding. ↑

For something to affect a baby whilst breastfeeding it needs to be absorbed into the blood stream. Hair dying wouldn't cause that. I personally don't dye my hair while pregnant. My doctor didn't during her pregnancy either (I never knew she was so gray!) so I thought it best to avoid it myself for both kids. ↑
