Hey girls i hav a bit of a problem i was wondering if someone could help me out.
i got my 1st Depo Provera shot on the fourth day of my period almost a month ago. Doc said not to have unprotected sex for 24hrs. Well it was my bf's bday the next day. We had sex, he pulled out befor he came but just quicky wiped it wit a tshirt or something and we went again. After that day we did the same thing a few times. I looked up Depo injection on the internet and was shocked. Everywher said wait 2 weeks befor sex on your first injection!
Now i have lower abdominal pains, nausea, and im really tired and emotional. I probably wont get my period this month anyway becos of the injection. He always pulled out befor he came but wiped and went again. Im a bit worried cos stomach pains feel a bit strange i also feel pregnant. I'm only 16. Could it just be effects of the injection or could i be pregnant? Help! :) ↑ |

| shscheer17, do a pregnancy test before you start worrying. And talk to an adult you trust and respect. Im 18,and i had my second daughter 5 months ago.I had my first when i was 15. Being a mum is incredibly hard work,but also very rewarding. I do regret getting pregnant so young,but i wouldn't change my daughters for the world. If it turns out you're definitely pregnant,you must see your doctor and tell your parents immediately. You'll probably find that although they'll be disappointed in you, they'll support you anyway. And if you're not pregnant. take it as a warning to BE MORE CAREFUL! x :) x ↑ |

| Yeah i'm due my period around the 18th so only a few more days to wait to take a test, i won't be getting my period cos of the injection anyways. It is better to take a test just after when you were due your period isn't it? I have a feeling i am because i had a few near misses i just have a feeling. My friends ma got her cards read and they said one of her daughters close friends will come to her pregnant. Thats weird because her ma treats me as her own and i always go to her with my problems. Fair play to you girl you must be one tough cookie with 2 kids so young :) i won't be devastated if i am because my big sister got preg at 17 and now has a beautiful 3 year old and a new born. Fine young men so they are:) also 3 of my cousins are under the age of 20 and have children, so i won't be alone with this. Its just my own ma, i was the girl in the family who was expected to go places with her life. I guess with a child this would be slowed down a bit. I still want to go to college i'd be the first one out of 6 brothers and 6 sisters, there not all from the same ma now haha! How are you managing did you go to college or leave school to get a job? :) ↑ |
