Hey guys, I have a question. When you get really hungry what do you to distract yourself from the feeling?

I hate the feeling of hunger but crave for the feeling of starvation. Its such a great feeling to feel empty. You cna wear an elastic band around your wrist and whenever you feel huungry snap it against your wrist and the pain will distract you, or fill up with water or low calorie fizzy drinks, the fiz will fill you up more. smoking also suppress your appetite. if you take vitamins you won't feel as hungry as your body will not crave as much vitamins. if you do sit ups or something untill your stomach is painful you won't to eat incase the pain gets worse. just go out somewhere and get away from any possibility of eating and when you start to feel starving instead of hungry it will be easier.

What I do is to try to get away from the temptation. When my dad makes food I go to my room and exercise, look at myself in the mirror and tell me how fat I am, or I go out and jog. At night when I can run I listen to music or do push ups. Good luck.
