Name: rachel[33 [ Original Post ] i dont eat breakfast and for lunch i have fruitsnacks and sometimess a cookie.. but for dinner i eat qa normall meall but not ass muchh as a usally have eaten in the past i also have been additcted to working outt.. i go on the treadmill like forr 45 mins a dayy andd in school i work outt while every1 else plays like baskettball or w.e i meann imm rele fastt and i just dont knoww hwoo to lose weight andd fast..all my cusinss r dancerss and my sis is the cheereleader andd there stickss and i wana b skinnyyy PLEASE HELPPP ↓

in what why perfect??? skinny bones eeww, cheerleading surely its about muscle and boobs and just being slim?? i'm a cheerleader and thats what we strive for so i suggest ur hearts not really in it, find a new hobby sweetie xx ↑
