I binge sometimes too. It's terrible! You feel like you can't stop and when you're finally done porking, you realise that you're just a FAT failure! My tip when I'm hungry is sugarless chewing gum (The "5" gum is the best). It stimulates to your brain that you're eating and stops the hunger for a while. We can be buddies - [email protected] ↑ |

I know how you feel. It's very difficult not to eat. But all you can do is first mentally prepare yourself that you won't eat. Keep yourself busy, do something that you like. And then it will become easy for you. ↑ |
