ive been taking them but losing anything like 4 a day, recommened its called 'adios' does any1 no any other tablets.

Sorry as far as I know slimming tablets don't work. Some will curb your apetite but that's about it

they dont work hunny they may curve your appitite but they dont really work i have tried them they did nothing for me only the fact that i have not lost anything anything like laxatives and diet pilss dont work, green tea burns calories and tea and coffee as well as other caffiene prouducts are a duiretic but diet pills dont work..

Yeah listen to Lea - I have also tried them & didn't work 4 me either. They're just a big waste of $$!
Caffeine speeds metabolism & so do spicy foods & chilli. Why don't u try it instead of wasting your $ on slimming tablets which do nothing. It's cheap & has all this other goodness that's really good 4 u 2!
Oh, also standing instead of sitting burns more calories so does fidgeting, wriggling, tapping your feet & swinging your legs. Even drumming your fingers burns calories!
Do all this & it's really effective!

Well just make sure u eat a low calorie, low fat diet, exercise & u can try what ever else I already told u. Also low fat dairy products are supposed to help because it lowers cortisol & cortisol is a stress hormone which also causes u to gain weight. Plus it's sugar lactose is low gi so you don't release much insulin to digest it. Insulin is a fat storage hormone which your body releases after eating high gi carbs. Your body doesn't release it after eating protein or fats . Don't eat too much carbs at once because the more carbs eaten in 1 sitting the more insulin your body releases. So you should eat foods high in fiber like fruit & veges & wholegrain bread & egg whites r good because they're low calorie & fat free & since it's pure protein you don't release insulin to digest it but instead you release a different hormone glucagen which is a fat burning hormone & helps your body release stored fat for energy.
That's all I can think of right now. Anyway you already have a low BMI so you shouldn't be losing or you'll wither away into nothing!

can som1 help me with making a diet to help loose weight? like a list of what foods are good to loose weight and which arnt
