This is a forum for moms. That is why there is not a teen area in here. But, there are forums and chat rooms for teens on the web, there are hundreds of them. There are also forums for pregnant teens. Just type what you are looking for in your search engine. =

There's a forum called pregnancy-info.net that has a teen pregnancy section. I belong to it under this same user name. Be warned, there are a few bitchy people there but there are also many nice ones. It has a single and pregnant section as well as a baby care section. =

Agreed but i like interacting with the old grumpy people as we can correct their attitude and stand up for the 21st century... maybe the old grumpy people should use their heads and work out that we are trying to show them either their mistakes and tell them what they are doing wrong.. or show them the possible issues that they will encounter when their children grow... and they complain and we try to tell them what they are doing wrong but the think that we are stupid children... ohwell they will never resolve the problem.. they can just run around in circles =

Steph,I have never said anything horrible to a kid. We had to go through a lot to get the kids to stop playing in here. Again, this is a mom’s room, so don’t come in and criticize moms. Go to a teen chat site. There are millions of them. If you want to talk to moms, this is a place to be, not to wine it isn’t for kids. =

I am 26 years old and 29 weeks pregnant with triplets, 2 twin boys and a girl. My husband and I had 3 cycles of IVF to get these 3 but he has just been declared bankrupt after he was conned out of his businesses. As a result of our financial worries we have split up and I don't llive in a place I'd like to rear 3 babies. I live in a shabby bedsit in east london. Please if anybody wants 3 babies, they are free to a good home. I feel so bad because I wanted them so much but I just can't have them anymore. As far as I know they are healthy as I am a very healthy person and the doctor said they had strong heartbeats and he could see no problems. I had a 4D scan aswell so you can see the pictures if you like, although it looks like a tangle of limbs, but they have beautiful faces. My exhusband and i are quite attractive people (Dont want to sound arrogant) I have brunnete hair with pale blue eyes and Freddie has light blue eyes and black hair. We are both white and have good health and there are no medical gentic problems in our history. Please I want my 3 to go to a great home where they will be loved and treated more than fairly. I am new so lets see how my opinion works. I would think that it is a good thing to see how a teenager feels about certain situations. See even though I too was once a teenager I was raised under different circumstances with different trials and tribes. Meaning everything in my surroundings were different. I was raised in a different era and things/situations that arose were handled differently. Like using the word pissed would not be tolerated by any adult. Now that is a word used more so by my 15 year old son than I use as an adult. I have not had an easy life as I am sure that the teenagers of today aren't having an easy life either. I feel that adults need to attempt to put the shoe on the other foot with the surroundings being remembered at all times. Sometimes even I as a parent do not understand the thinking of my teenage son or my almost teenage daughter. How will I ever understand without hearing it? And we all know that teenagers only tell their parents what they really want to hear to get them to shut up..... So I would think that it is a great thing that you as a teenager are here. I would however when dealing with adults choose a different type of language. I am 35 and do not put up with that in my house, it is not tolerated. In fact all that does is make a parent or adult angry to hear a teenager or child dis-respect the fact that they are dealing with an adult. =

If your talking about kids telling their parents to f-ck off, yes there is something wrong there. Me and my dad get into some pretty intense fights but I doubt I would ever say something like that.

If I'm talking in conversation and say something like:: "and then after / David / said that to / Mary / she got so Pissed"

that's different. Some parents don't really care about that kind of swearing (#2) at all. (my mom for xsample), but some parents would ask them who do they think they are talking like that (my grandma J)

It depends on the parents, too. parents who use them type of words have no room to talk when their kids do it.

I just registered yesterday, and I have to say one of the things that I like is that there is a variety of ages to draw thoughts from. There are as everyone knows MANY places you teens can be a part of besides this one. But it is good to have many points-of-view. =

IMO it is perfectly fine for teens to be on this site to give and receive advice as long as you are respectful. I have only been using it myself for about a week, and so far I have seen lots of posts (from many of you that are on this particular thread) that are just ridiculously rude. It doesn't matter what topic is being discussed, both teens and parents can benefit from a voice from either side. And for the one who made the comment about parents going into a "teen" forum and reading it - you don't have much room to talk since you are in a "parent" forum when there are so many "teen forums" out on the web already. =

I seen alot of forums full of teens asking each other for advice and and there are forums full of adults asking each each other for advice. I like to be part of a forum where people can share the experience of two generations. Unless you dont feel you have anything to say to each other. =
