Whats "it" A babby, a teen? really depends but if its a teen she/he should stop but if they dont thats your cue to go and talk to them. Chances are if you are ignoring their crying and they keep crying they want you attention or they want to talk ot you. I'm 12 and i used to try to keep crying for my mom to come up stairs, she never did though and i stoped crying! lol.... ↑
