About your question, no it does not mean you are pregnant. Did you stay in bed all night after sex or did you use the bathroom right away. A white discharge could either be your left over fluid or his(depending on condom use.) In addition your body could be cleaning out from sex. Afterall the penis is a foreign object ;) I think you're probably fine. ↑
