Joey is still sleeping in our bedroom. He's 8-months-old.

I've heard that they sleep better if put in their own bedrooms. I toss and turn at night and Mark snores. And so I think this disturbs Joey, and hes been having resless nights.

How old were your babies when they were put in their own rooms? And did it make a difference to how well they slept?  ?

Kaden went into his own room at 5 or 6 months and he started sleeping 100 times better. He still wakes at night (17months old) but he is getting better.

Olivia and I still co sleep but at about 5 or 6 months she will go in her room too. Maybe sooner if she starts sleeping through the night before then. Now I only have her close because she wakes so often to nurse.  =
