She is 87..but i do believe she is getting senile...Today she told me that my son since my son kingston is so active he needs to go outside more..which is no problem..but what is more funny..she said since he runs off..I should tie hook him up to a clothes line with a running leash..so he can run back and forth..and not run off..because thats what they use to do..then I could leave him out there and not worry...

At first I thought she was talking about a dog..because she was talking about one earlier..she said no..she was talking about my baby..because he runs off but needs to get out of the house..  ?

LOL that's funny! I used to babysit for this woman who would litterally tie her child to a tree in the yard with a rope so he wouldn't run off. She left him plenty of rope to roam the yard and play but he just couldn't get to the street.  =

Momo it sound like great grandmother knew exactly what she was talking about, LOL!!!!! I have heard that many of the old time parents would tie their children up to trees to keep them from running of. Now you know how she kept her kids from running of! HEHEHE....Who's getting senile?  =

My sister had for her daughter a harness and leash. She would put the harness on her daughter when she went out, hook the leash on the harness. It did work, it keep her daughter from running off!  =
