i know there are posts on weight loss, and I need some help! I had my 4th baby 7 months ago and lately i've noticed i'm gaining a few lbs!!! I weighed 136 yesterday and i've actually gained a few since the baby! Not good! Any simple easy exercises anyone has used in the past? I have been walking at times to get my son from school(about 1 mile each way) but it is weather depending. Plus i have asthma and it has been bad lately making it hard to walk and keep up with my 3 yr old and push the stroller. I am so out of shape! I would love to join a gym to make it easier to exercise(without interruptions) but I can't afford it right now! Thanks! I give everyone credit who has religiously exercised and lost weight. it's a very hard thing to do!! ↓

| I am not the one to advise, since my baby belly (and thighs and hips) have been around for 21 months! But I am convinced that there is no magic, just plain exersise and healthy, portion controlled food. For the average folk (without maids and cooks and personal trainers) it translates into a some damn strong will power to do that around the kids. ↑ |

| E you are so right..will power and with little ones how often do you get food on the run(even though i hate to) but when your running around like a nut mc donalds is a lot quicker than cooking at home when you have like 30 min to eat before going to another practice or whatever! wow sorry long sentence! I need to work on will power and quit eating all their snacks! Those darn fall brownies from little debbie i think are addicting!! ↑ |

| lol lindalu true very true do you know now they can make it look as though you have a six pack when you get a tummy tuck!!! were do i sign up!!! although it is something i have looked into i have found that sometimes too mucj scare tissue will prohibit the surgery so be careful and research it if this is really something you want to do. ↑ |

| There are some really good surgans writ here in Boston! I have seen them do a tummy tuck, and they can tighten up the abbs. I dont understand how scar tissue could prevent it from beeing done. Scar tissues is nothing more than dammaged to the under lying tissue and they can remove that tissue. ↑ |

| yes but if i am correct and i may have to look this one up the scar tissue can be very deep and hard to cut attaching itself to nerves and organs if i remember reading that correctly i will go back and look i do know it is very difficult when you are having a boob job and they go through your belly button and you have the bad scar tissue hard to get through . lindalu about how much does it run there for a tummy tuck?? here i believe is around 4,000.00 ↑ |

| You know.... now that I am thinking about it, if you have deep scar tissue in the musckels they may not be able to do the muscle tightning. I think they can still tuck the belly because the belly is just flesh and fat. The cost here depends on the surgend it ranges from 4000 to 6000. The breasts are 3000 to 5500 depending on if you have silicone or saline. Saline they can go through the navel or the arm pit, they insert the empty bags and fill it after it is in place. The silicone ones look like the ones that you see in the higher end stores, you know the kind you put in your bra. Well that kind the silicone ones they cut around the nipple and incert them there. The silicone cost more because they are more natural looking when healed. ↑ |

| i hear you charla...i need a reduction..they were not small to begin with and since i began nursing they are worse and i hate it!! The type of shirts i like never fit me right and i hate wearing big bulky t shirts!!! Isn't it crazy?
