Hey Susan!!  How have you been?? I haven't written in my journal in so long until today and I got to thinking about you and just wanted to check in.  I read your last few entries and I am glad to hear that your blood pressure is staying down and you have almost no protein in your urine.  I know you had a really bad experience with preeclampsia with your last pregnancy and I am just so glad things seem to be under control for you.  My little girl is 7 weeks old now.  It is very hard to believe.  I had to go back to work and I miss her like crazy.  I also miss reading and writing in everyone's journals so I had to make a quick run through babycrowd to say hi to some of the girls.  Well, I will be checking in on how you are doing from time to time.  Best of luck to you Susan; take care!!!

Thank you for the input... I think I'm one of those women that wants the support group. lol. We've been through our birthing classes and I have complete faith in my fiancee, but can a man really understand what a laboring woman is going through? ;) I was just thinking that our mothers would kind of be like free doulas, right??!! hehehe

Thought about you guys today. My husband and I went to Hobby Lobby and it was right next door to white castle, and all I could smell was those sliders and chicken rings. I denied my crave and turned my head and walked quickly into the store. My husband had dropped me at the door. When he came inside he goes, Man it really smells like white castle out there. LOL Made me think of ya! Also thought about you yesterday too, b/c a sonic commercial came on and it was all advertising those limeades and all their flavors. So I figured since I thought about you 2 times in 2 days, i better come and say hi! So hi! Hit me bcak when you can. Peace

Hey Susan,

  It was so nice to see your entry in my guestbook. Thank you for signing it. I hope to hear from you again. :) The #1 thing that really got me was you said you were going to Sonic. I think my mouth dropped to the floor, Literally! We don't have Sonics here in Indiana, or anywhere close to me .But I spent the first 10 years of my  childhood in Texas, and that was a favorite place my parents would take us kids to eat when I was little. So now, 16 years later and Being pregnant and hearing you mention it...I was having a flashback to those footlong chili cheese dogs, onion rings and shakes...Momma Me-uh! LOL Prolly a good thing I can't get to one of those! You don't know how lucky you are! lol  hehehe

Hey Susan, I just wanted to stop by and say hi.  It seems like you are doing well.  Keep us posted on the growth ultrasound you have done.  I hope all goes well.  I will be thinking about you.  I haven't had much time to write in my journal lately and I am sure you know why.  A newborn takes up ALL of your time.  It is so worth it though.  I am just thankful that they induced me before the preeclampsia could get any worse.  Well, take care and I will check on you often.  Have a great day!!!  Hugs to you!!!

Thanks for the comment... it's reassuring that someone else is having the same issues! lol. I just didn't think it would start so soon. I just feel weird putting a pad in my bra every day... it feels like I'm adding on to my already nearly Dolly Parton breast size! I'm hoping these things have stopped growing! ;)
