Susan, your doctor should be more concerned because if you feel like he does not care, then Girl find someone who will take the time to listen. When you go to your next appointment, voice this to the nurse that takes your blood pressure, urine sample, and weight, because this will let them know that you want answers. Susan, Speak up right away because he should not have walked out of the room without asking if you have concerns, now you have to worry until the next appointment, not cool at all. You can call the doctor's office and ask the midwive about your concerns. I hope things will get better for you, at least your almost there but concerned mother to be. Take care and Voice Your Concerns Before Leaving That Doctor's Office, o.k. Good Luck!!!
I was just reading your entry about your hands going numb. If you read back a ways in my journal you will see a few entries on that subject. It bothered me really bad. I would literally go totally numb in both hands and it would hurt and ache. This lasted from about 25 weeks right up to the very end. My Doctor said it was like Carpel Tunnell syndrome. Some women experience it worse than others. I had it really bad with this pregnancy. I didn't experience it as much with my first. I hope it doesn't drive you too crazy. It was so bad for me that I had a hard time sleeping. It would actually wake me up in the middle of the night from the pain of it.
Oh, thanks for signing my new blog today. That was very sweet. And yes, I would love for you to keep up with me and I will be dropping by babycrowd to check on you often as well. Take care and keep me posted on how things are going with you. Talk to you later!!
Just thought that I would comment on your question about your tingling hand. Sounds like Carpel Tunnel. I have it and yes it starts out as tingling and then an ache (after years of having it) It keeps me up at night too. The brace stopped working a year ago and I was finally set up for surgery this summer and then I got pregnant and now they wont do it until after the baby is born. Good luck!
Thanks for signing my guestbook again! It was really nice to read that you've noticed bellas growth hehe :D Shes such a big girl now, I cant believe its been almost a year already and shes almost a toddler not a baby anymore!!
Not before july 13th for you hey.. thats 44 days away from today... thats not too long -dont get me wrong though my 29 feels like a LIFETIME so I feel for you- do you think you will go early, on time or late? any 'gut feelings' on the matter? I'ma bit anxious that as my csear is booked for almost 39 weeks that I might go into labour before then... I really dont want to experience labour, I've always felt that women who labour and THEN have a cesar have it the roughest lol I don't think its fair anyone should have to go through both!
Is your livejournal a public one or private? If its public share with me your link... I'd love to read someone elses whines for a change lol Are you going to do a baby journal once bubs is born? I will miss reading all the journals so much when we all have our babies, its been so so lovely to 'share' it all with other mummys experiencing all the same things!
Anyway I'm practically writing a journal entry in your guestbook so I best be off.
HEHEHE! I had to giggle. I grow big babies too. CJ was born at 37 weeks weighing 8 lbs 11 oz, Josh was born at 35 weeks weighing exactly what yours did- 7 lbs 4 oz, and Julia was born at 33 weeks weighing 5 lbs 5 oz. I always say if I go all the way to 40 weeks just break my legs off and get the jaws of life out for me. heheh!
