Sadly... I had another Dr. Apt :( So I had another dr. apt i was kind of hoping that i would have had my little miss ava sue by now... but no... she is as stubborn as her father!! My next dr. apt is on wednesday the 19th i hope i dont make it... at my last dr apt my dr stripped my membranes which by the way doesnt feel the greatest!! but i have been having strong contractions because of it. if i make it to my next dr apt then she will strip them again and if still no baby i have an induction date scheduled for the 26th. i hope she comes before then because i was really hoping that i could be home for a week before my inlaws came to town... they will be here on the 29th!! so ya pretty hectic time for me right now i just hope that she comes SOON!!! plus i want to hold my baby!! well i will keep you guys updated there isnt much going on since i dont have much to do but clean my house... i am bored out of my mind!! ava needs to hurry up i need someone to play with!! well hopefully my next entry will be my birth story... if not it will be an update from my dr apt... only 3 days left until my due date!!! yay me!!

We are in Single Digits Now!!! I remember when i first got pregnant i couldnt wait until i got into the double digits you know from 9 to 10 weeks i remember how excited i was... now im more than thrilled to be back to those single digits from 10 to 9 days left!!!! I went to my dr's apt on wednesday and i havent progressed at all im still the same as i was last week :( dr says that ava weighs about 7 pounds even so i will be having a healthy baby!!! my next dr apt is on thursday please think baby thoughts... i pray im at least 2 cm!!! other than that everything is really uneventful... maternity isnt all its cracked up to be i want her here so i can have someone to play with...lol im sooo bored!!! but these are my last days as Kaila because after Ava is here i will be mommy for the rest of my life... GOD I CANT WAIT!!

Contractions!!! Oh My!!!
Well I had my dr. appt today instead of tomorrow because I have been having contractions off and on for the last couple of days. Last night I was having them about every 5 minutes and lasting 60 seconds for about an hour an a half then they were irregular for the rest of the night then this morning it was the same thing about every 5 minutes. So I called my dr and she wanted me to come in and get checked… I’m still just a little over a cm and just a little over 60% effaced… so not much change in the last week. My last day of work is on Friday and I’m so looking forward to it!! I hate driving 45 minutes to and from work… I broke down and started crying last night because my contractions were hurting and the fact that being a mommy is really starting to hit me like a ton of bricks… a month ago you could have asked me if I was excited and I would have told you HELL YA GET THIS BABY OUTTA ME!! But now that reality is right in front of my face and to know that I have to squeeze something that has a circumference of 32-36 cm’s out of a 10 cm hole… sounds impossible to me but then again the impossible is always possible! It’s more than a little overwhelming if you ask me but hey women have been doing it for years now! So now I am just playing the waiting game since Friday is my last day that will give me 2 weeks before my due date to get stuff around my house done… I feel the need to nest but honestly don’t have the time or energy at the moment… waiting for a day to sleep in until 9 am the get up and clean like my in-laws are coming to town… but wait they are… well I guess I would be doing it anyways!!
