November 24th Well I did not make it to party number 1 and we have been invited to another one this weekend. I actually found a dress, which was both "c's" cute and cheap. However, we went to the mall this weekend and between eatting and walking around for 2 hours, I was in no mood to attend a party. So I did something better, curled up with my hubby and got a foot rub. Now I feel bad b/c I complain when other pregnant people don't keep thier word about parties and we RSVP'd but did not show up. Alas, I am living and still learning to watch my mouth. But then again, maybe that is one of my more endearing qualities. Ha-Ha.
We did put up the Christmas tree and have plans to do some outdoor decorations this weekend. We also hope to hit up some stores on November 28th. I have already begun talking to Mya about what her place is in the holiday shopping to hold the line while I rest. That is about it for now. Looking forward to next week's appointment b/c I will be 33 weeks and continuing the baby arrival countdown. Until next time...

Today Well, I went for my biweekly appointment and all looks well. I am still measuring one week ahead by the doctor's calculation, which is right on target by mine. Unfortunately we won't get another ultrasound, which I really want to get another estimate of his weight. However, the flip side is that this means my pregnancy is totally normal . Not much else is going on, I am just doing the baby arrival countdown. I am still hoping for the week after Christmas but we will see. This weekend we will put up our Christmas tree and take pics, that should be fun. Our last Christmas as a family of three . The only other changes have been with my appetite, I can tell Ayden is getting bigger b/c I want to eat but have less room these days. I also make sure that I take 2-3 tums with calcium at night for indigestion and for extra calcium. Let's see, I have also packed his bag and will have our bag packed by the first week of December. He has a newborn outfit and a 0-3 months to accomodate his size. Everytime I picture what he looks like, I imagine Mya (dimples and all). It is funny between last year and this year it seems like all my friends are having or have had babies. It is fun to have something else to share with them. For those of you wondering, I purposefully omitted my weight gain. As of right now, I am focusing on what I will do to lose the pounds once Ayden is here and not how much I have to lose. Vanity will help those pounds melt away that or my husband calling me a fat-fat.
This weekend I will look for a Christmas party dress to last this holiday season. Right now I have two parties, one this weekend, and have nothing that fits over my belly. I will not buy a maternity dress so I will see how the shopping goes. |
