Buying maternity clothes was:
not so fun. Maternity pants are AWFUL!! They're way too baggy on me, so I've been wearing the one pair of jeans and one pair of capris that still fit! I only have a few maternity shirts. I've been buying regular clothes since I'm lucky enough that the styles that are out now are big and flowy! I also wear a lot of dresses...probably my fave.

The biggest change in my body has been:
obviously, my belly! Sometimes, I think it grows overnight!

My favorite change in my body has been:
hmm...not real sure. It WAS my boobs, but lately, I've realized that I kind of liked it when they were smaller, believe it or not. Now, I have to cram them in a lot of the shirts I wear...never thought I'd live to see the day...

What I never thought would change was:
my speed. I refused to believe that I was going to slow down, but inevitably, it has happened...slowly, but surely.

At this month's prenatal visit I learned that:
Things are still going well...good weight gain (contrary to my belief!), stomach is measuring how it's supposed to, no swelling in my legs or feet yet. At my next appointment, I'll have to drink the orange crap to see if I have gestational diabetes...

My hopes:
Same as always...a healthy, happy baby!
|
|
| |
My fears:
that the low-lying placenta will cause issues...my doctor doesn't seem concerned, but I'm not going to lie...it worries me!
