I decided yesterday to go to Ireland to work in my sister's restaurant for 2 weeks. I leave on the 17th April and come back on the 28th April. Work is slow and getting hardly any leads so it makes sense.

Eric's arm is greatly improved from the physio, and the physiotherapist thinks he should not have surgery. Fingers crossed.

Only one more week to wait until our scan, and we might even find out the sex of the baby! I think its too early but Eric said the doctor told him it could be  possible. No other news. Going for dinner tonight in my favourite Indian restaurant... yum...

What a day. Just finished painting our spare room (what will be baby's room) and it turned out really nice.

10 more days till scan... yippee!!!

Today is Friday! Yippee!

Frazer came around for dinner and scrabble last night; he is delighted to hear our news. Eric had been dying to tell him. Plans for weekend: we are meeting friends for dinner on Saturday night, we are going on a new hiking adventure on Sunday, this time to La Axarquía just outside of Málaga. I hope it is nice, and not as hard as last time! And the sun is shining here so a spot of sunbathing is definitely in order!!!

Other than that, all fine. Symptoms of pregnancy seem to have died down i.e. don't have to pee as much () for a start, not as tired anymore. I got a tad worried but then I read in my pregnancy bible ("What to Expect..") that this is quite normal because it is around now that the placenta takes over the hard work and lets me relax for a while. Also my body is getting used to all the changes etc. Fascinating stuff!
