19 April 2008 Hello my little one,
I haven't written in this for ages so I thought it was about time! Just about to hit 34 weeks which means 6 weeks until you are here! Dad and I are sooo excited it's not funny! We have started setting up your room - your change table and bath took me 5 hours to set up and left me with very sore hands!! My gosh you have more clothes than us!! The cot will be arriving next week so then we can put up decorations and such in your room to make it feel a bit more cosy in there! I had a midwife appointment a few days ago and you had the hiccups when I was listening to your heartbeat, it was very cute and made the midwife and I laugh. It's getting hard to walk these days, especially up the stairs, feels like I have ran a few kilometres but I've only walked up a flight of stairs! We are getting a little frame of your hands and feet which is dipped into a plaster and then painted in gold with a photo of you, it will look very cute! Well I'll write again soon.

Hello my precious boy,
Mummy is a touch bored so I thought I'd write in here as I was thinking of you! You are absolutely killing my back and playing under my ribs so I'm in a lot of pain!! I'm still at grandma's and it's quite funny because it's the end of March and she has already bought you Christmas presents! How funny! Not even I have done that yet!! You are going to be one spoilt little boy I can tell you that!!
Well mummy has to go organise dinner but I love you very much and am thinking of you always!

27 March 2008 Hello my little man,
Mummy just had to tell you that last night (26th March) was the first time your grandma (bedstemor) felt you kicking! Very exciting :D I love you very much and you will be my number one always and forever, no matter what happens Elijah, I love you so much words can't describe it! It's nearly 9 weeks until you are here and I just can't wait to have you in my arms and watch you grow!

25 March 2008 Dear Elijah,
Well it's my first entry and I know it's a bit late in the pregnancy but I guess it is better than nothing! I just thought I'd tell you about my day and maybe one day you will be able to read this. Well I'm at mum's ( your grandma's) having a bit of a resting time before you come! I miss your daddy very much and I have a feeling you do too, you never kick as much when he isn't around and you always respond to his voice, it's really amazing! I have 10 weeks to go until you are here, that's if you aren't too much overdue!! I'm nervous and scared yet so excited at the same time and I hope I can be the mother you want me to be and need me to be! Over the past 7 and a half months, I can't explain all the different feelings I've had, the amount of sickness and all the thoughts that go through my head. Morning sickness usually goes away at 12 weeks..but here I am at 30 weeks and still sick! When you are old enough to chores, mummy will pay you back! Just kidding! Your dad and I are very excited you will be with us soon, I can remember in the early stages of pregnancy your dad said he wanted to take you out and hold you and just put you back in when he is done! Very cute! The past 30 weeks have seemed so slow but looking back it has actually gone really fast and it's amazing it only takes 9 months to create a beautiful little human being. I wonder every day and night what my precious little boy is going to look like, I want to touch your little fingers and toes and hold you and smell you! Sometimes it doesn't seem real that you are in my tummy, it's almost too good to be true and I love you so much already, I can't imagine how much more I'm going to love you when I can feel you! Dad keeps saying you are going to be a little boxer because of your strong kicks! It's quite cute because you have a sleeping pattern and you kick at certain times of the day - in the morning you wake me up, you have some little kicks during the day and the strongest time is around 7'oclock at night where you can kick really strong for about an hour and it's so cute! A lot of the time you can play in my ribs which really hurts!! I can press my fingers into my belly and feel your legs but Dad tells me to stop as he thinks I will hurt you!! Hehe, he's a bit of a softie and I know he loves you as much as I do. I wish he could feel your kicks as I do, it's so amazing from the inside!! You should see all your clothes and things, you have been spoilt! You are definitely going to be cute in your clothes! I always wonder about when you are grown up, what will be different in the world, what sort of music you will be into, what sort of sport you play....I guess I will have to wait and see and before I know it, you will be grown up! Well my little angel, oh yes, your name....Dad and I chose Elijah as he is an angel and we both know you are going to be our special little angel! I hope you don't hate us for it! But I better go, I will write again soon!
