foods and what I am craving I have had weird food cravings like pickles and ice cream for a long long time... so I had always wondered how weird it would get once I was pregnant...well apparently it went more normal!!!
I am craving pickles and salty stuff over sweets, and have been putting lime and lemon juice on just about everything that would even semi make sense to put it on. I have also recently discovered my love for Summer Sausage, which has become my lunch of choice when I work.
The weirdest thing is that I have NOT been wanting chocolate, like, at all! And this is weird since I am the girl with a stash of chocolate hidden under my dresser in my room :o)

Sonogram Surprise! Friday, October 23, Eddie and I went to my sonogram appointment to find out exactly how far along I was so that my doctor could give me a due date.
Dr. Bagnasco had judged that I would have been 9 weeks at the sonogram, and I was thinking/hoping that I was maybe 10 weeks. In any case, All of us (the sonogram technician included) were all prepared to see a small blob on the screen, and hoping to hear a heart-beat....
We saw our baby instead! Arms, legs, head, everything.
Our reaction? "Whoa!"
I was placed at 11 weeks and 3 days!
I am still in shock but also in constant praise to God that I am nearly 3 months along, and only a week away from any major danger-zones of a miscarriage!!!
* sonogram pictures will be posted in the photo album soon

I am pregnant?! At the beginning of August I had a miscarriage and was told by my doctor not to expect to get pregnant again for a few months. I had a sinus infection, and after weeks of feeling "icky" I made a doctor appointment for October 5. After an off-hand comment from my dad about me possibly being pregnant again, I took a home pregnancy test before going to the doctor "just in case". I was in shock when it came back positive! The Doctor confirmed it.
I kept it a secret from Eddie all day long. We were then in the car together going home from eating at Pizza House when I informed him "we may be billed for a lab test...the doctor thinks I am pregnant." Eddie didn't even know what to say.
We decided not to tell anyone for a while since I was still in danger of having another miscarriage, and because we were both still in major shock.
I went back for another blood test the next week for comparing, and voila! Pregnancy confirmed again!
OBGYN confirmed it the following week and placed me at 8 weeks, and we made a Sonogram appointment for October 23.
