March 31, 2008 Today mommy stayed home from work as she had a rough day yesterday. So I once again decided to put a smile on her face all day long and kicked her lots!
Scooby, our doggie, was sleeping on me today, so I decided to kick him a few times right in the face to introduce myself, but he slept right through it, snoring away. In a few more weeks, I'll become stronger and he won't be able to sleep through my super kicks!

March 30, 2008 I woke up at 7:50 this morning to you kicking me. I love this feeling so much. I ended up staying in bed (and watching tv) until almost 11am - I didn't want to get out to bed and have you stop.
I ended up not feeling well for the remainder of the day, so I took it easy. You moved for the entire day! I don't know if it was your way of putting a smile on my face, knowing mommy was under the weather, or if you were just active because mommy was so quiet and lying down all day. Either way, you put a huge smile on my face, when I needed it most.

March 29, 2008 This morning I woke up to you kicking me. So I layed in bed for an additional 20 mins so that I could feel you. Whenever you move, it's my favourite part of the day.
Today we went to the hospital to do the childbirth registration - to help make the process of arriving for delivery a little easier and less paperwork to fill out on the delivery date. We also scheduled our date for our hospital tour and breast feeding clinic. Everything is starting to come together - so exciting!
We received a booklet today with tons of information in it. We now know what to pack in our bag for baby and mommy.
Now I sit and wait until the next time you decide to kick me again. Can't wait!

March 26, 2008 I am so excited, because for the last few weeks, I have been able to share the feeling of the kicks/punches with Derrick. Everything is beginning to feel more real. I have mixed emotions of excitement and can't wait to meet Marshall and starting the countdown of weeks left now and starting to feel nervous about what the actual delivery will bring.
We have a lot of stuff picked out and bought for the nursery, as well I have met some really great people off Craigslist and bought a ton of used/but very new looking baby boy clothes. Now just have to pick out a paint colour.
Had the 3D ultrasound done on March 22, 2008 and it was simply amazing. Highly recommended. Able to confirm that we are definitely expecting a boy!
