Mommy just wanted to tell you how much I love you! I can't wait until you are here! I hope you enjoy looking back at this someday. I have tried to write lots of things that you will find interesting one day. No matter how it may seem, I want you to know how much I have enjoyed being pregnant with you. It has been so special to carry you (going on 10 months!), and to feel and see you grow. You are truly the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you.

Counting Down The Days It's been a while huh? Well, not too much is happening. My baby shower was last Saturday. It was so nice. (Thanks mom!) Aydan has just about everything he needs now.
I'm still having strong BH contractions. I have felt good overall though.
My sister Stephanie just told me she WILL be able to make it to NC!!! Yay! I'm so glad they're coming. They will be here two days after Christmas. Doesn't look like Aydan is going to be here before then. Maybe he will come while she's here so she will get to see him. I don't know when she will be able to make the long drive to visit again. **Fingers crossed!**
The weather is so weird. It has been in the 50's and sunny the last few days. Maybe we won't have to battle the weather when I go to the hospital after all!
Five days until Christmas and

I'm Glad I Didn't Get My Hopes Up........ .........because I was in for a nice SURPRISE!!!
I'M 2 CENTIMETERS DIALATED AND 60% EFFACED!!!
Yay! I totally wasn't expecting that. My blood pressure was good...110/68, no protein in my urine this time, and I lost 4 pounds!!! Aydan's heartbeat was great! I'm so glad I made it to the appointment today. It's good to know that things are finally progressing! She said I am moving along well, and he might even make it here before my due date. But, not to count on it. She even used the phrase "if you're pregnant next week." Aaahh!!! I'm so excited!
Today turned out to be a nice, sunny day. The ice has melted and it has really warmed up. We'll see what happens over the weekend!

Icey Weather We're frozen!!!! It's nothing but ice here in NC. It's sooo cold, everything is covered with ice! I had to cancel my 38 week appt. today. I am supposed to go tomorrow, but I don't think the weather is gonna allow it. I guess it's a blessing nothing is happening with labor yet. I'd hate to be out in this weather. Hopefully I can get there tomorrow though. I've been feeling good today. I got a good night's sleep last night. Finally! The BH contractions have really slacked off, and Aydan is really moving! Stay warm everyone!
