An Update On Me Just an update on me.....
After I came home from the hospital, they sent a nurse out to our house daily to check my blood pressure. She only had to come three times, because it is now back to normal. Yay! Last Tuesday, at my doctor's appointment, my weight had shot up. Yesterday, they weighed me again (8 days later), and I have lost 33 pounds! I didn't know this was possible, but it has just fell off! I guess all the fluid had something to do with it. My rings are too big, and my shoes finally fit again. I have so much energy and I can run up the stairs without getting out of breath! I feel in better shape now, than I did before I was pregnant. I guess that was quite a work out!! LOL
Today is Randy's first day back to work. I have been home with the baby all day, and finally got some rest. Poor Randy, he is so tired. He still hasn't caught up on his sleep, and had to go back to work. Hopefully, tomorrow he will be able to nap some. We just have to take Aydan to his pediatrician for a weight check, and then we are free!
Aydan will be going to Chapel Hill next Friday for another MRI to participate in the research study. I am glad he has already had one, and we know the results so, there will be no surprises. Also, they do not sedate him for it, so that is good. I don't want him to be poked on anymore.....
Well, he's sleeping away....think I will go join him!

AYDAN'S FIRST DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT Aydan had his first pediatrician appointment Tuesday. It went very well. He is doing great. He weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces, so they will see him back this Friday for a weight check. He is doing so well. He sleeps ALL the time though. Randy is trying to wake him up now and feed him. He smiles alot and hardly ever cries.
Tuesday, we also took him by to see the perinatologist since we were in the area. She is the doctor that followed up on him by ultrasound every two to three weeks since I was 20 weeks pregnant. They were very excited to see him and learn that he is doing so good.
Hopefully, I will have some new pictures to post soon. Things are so hectic right now. I think I have had about 6 hours sleep since he was born. It's all so worth it. He is precious and perfect in every way!
