Baby has arrived!

Nesting
Well, I guess the nesting instinct has kicked in. I have this urge to clean everything! Having the energy to do it is a different story. We finally got the Christmas tree finished. There's a pic in the photo album. It didn't turn out that well, but at least Aydan will have somewhat of a picture of his first tree! Randy has done alot of the work, but the apartment has been cleaned from top to bottom! He's working on the kid's room as we speak! I have been washing clothes like crazy. I'm getting ready to wash all of the baby's things....I hope I have enough detergent.....lol. I even got out my suitcase to begin packing things for the hospital!
I talked to my mom today, and I think I will get a baby shower after all. I believe we are going to have it in a couple weeks....this will help tremendously, because Aydan still needs lots of things.
It's been another cold, rainy day. Hopefully the sun will be out tomorrow.....I have felt good except for alot of pressure and cramping. I guess they're BH contractions. My stomach will get hard as a rock!! We're getting closer!
Well, tomorrow we have our third childbirth class! I will write on how that goes. I'm going to get off here now, because I've already wrote this one time and erased it by accident. Ugh!

A thought for my sister
    To my sister, Stephanie,
You have done so much for me. I didn't write it myself....but it is definitely how I feel...

Thank you for being
The Special Sister, you are
And more so, your endless love
That has stretched, so far.

Thank you for always,
Being there, for your care,
And the special and true
Understanding, we share.

Thank you for words, not said,
When words can't mend.
And also the countless
Thoughts and hugs that you lend.

Thank you for the screaming,
And shouting, to get through,
And for all those times,
When I needed you.

Thank you for standing
Through the years, by my side
And also for the comfort,
When tears, I could not hide.

Thank you for knowing,
And not knowing, what to do,
Thank you for easing,
And pulling me through.

Thank you for the times,
You listen, and you do,
And thank you, most especially,
Just for being my Sister, for you!

                                     love, Lory

November 26
Sorry I'm just now getting to my journal. I haven't been feeling too well. I was up till 4 last night in lots of pain.  We have been working on the Christmas tree all day today.  Last year we had a real tree, but this year we are using a artificial one. I'll post a picture of it whenever we get finished.....if we do!  Thanksgiving went well. The food was yummy.....we ate alot!
I took the picture to the right today....I had just woke up. I took it to email to my sister Stephanie in TN. She has been wanting to see what my belly looks like now. I was 35 weeks thanksgiving day. Next Thursday, I will officially be 9 months pregnant! Yay!
Hoping for a better night's sleep tonight!

Thanksgiving Eve
Wow! Its been a busy day today! There's food everywhere! LOL
We got to sleep in this morning..Yay! When we woke up it was SO COLD! We forgot to turn the heat back on before we went to bed, so we woke up FREEZING! Aaron didn't have school today, so we went out. We had to go to the mall to pick up our wedding rings. They are under warranty, so they were cleaning them and putting a new rodium plating on them (apparently white gold turns back to yellow). My rings have always fit me fine. I never had to get them sized, I just wore the size 7 right out of the store....but once I put them back on today, it killed my finger and I could hardly get them off! So they will have them for another week to size them. I had to go up a size and a half! But, after I have the baby I can get them resized for free, so that's cool! I miss my rings...LOL!
I went in Motherhood, but they didn't have much I liked, and the prices were outrageous! There was this cute sweater (which is what I was looking for), but it was almost $50.00! It wasn't that cute! So then, we went to Target where I finally got one of those velour zip up sweater things. It's burgundy and was only $19.99! Finally I have a coat! I have been wearing Kristen's. It fit fine everywhere, except it wouldn't quite zip up over my tummy. It is starting to get soooo cold. I needed it bad! We thought we saw snow today. It's supposed to snow soon!
Well, I guess I'll go cook some more! I have been feeling good today, and Aydan has really been moving! Only thing that's really bothering me is my wrists. Randy helped me cut up all the potatoes and onions...that helped alot! We all decided to stay here for Thanksgiving, so it will just be the three of us. Randy, me, and Aaron (and the baby). Kristen moved in with her mom :(
Well I'll write back tomorrow, if I'm not too full....LOL
HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!
