midwife appointment today, heartbeat at 127bpm.

everything is fine, apart from my sore side,and  i'm experiencing slight pains like siatica, its sore and very uncomfortable to find a position to sit or lie in.

getting excited about the arrival of the baby, and to finally know the sex, 23rd of August just seems so far away!!!!

oh my god, i sneezed on friday night and the side of my back went with a crack, and what i cried out in pain.

a trip to the hospital shows i have really pulled the muslce and been given co-codamol tablets for the pain (which is BLOODY sore) i'm not happy taking these tablets as if taken right up to the birth can make the baby unsettled and grisly for a few days (think cold turkey) but i cannot cope with the pain.

i'm now on the sofa with heaps of cushions and a hot water bottle as my bed and feel utterly useless as the slightest thing like filling up a kettle sets off the pain in my back.

i just hope  the pain goes in time for me to give birth, or i'm really going to feel pain when i push.

who's have thought a sneeze could cause so much pain.

time to rest until the birth.

well i have somehow managed to pull a muslce in my back, and boy does it hurt.

its very sore to try and sleep on either side, so i've taken to sleeping on the sofa.

but the good news is the bump is still very active and loves to poke about when i'm trying to get some rest!!!!

at the midwife appointment today, me and my partner found the babies heartbeat was between 137 and 142 beats.

the little one is now lying in the correct position with the head low down in my pelvis

blood results for glucose are fine.

this little one can fairly move, my partner is amazed to watch how much my belly actually shifts from side to side.

on the down side i have pulled a muscle in my back and its agony, so im trying to take things easy and more slowly, hurts like mad when i sleep.

i was worried my bump was too small, as some people have commented on how neat i am, but the midwife said my bump is a perfect size.......phew.
