Almost Easter Easter is almost here YAY. Yesterday I had a few tests to do and all that at my drs. I had to have my blood drawn so I could have my rhogam shot and then had my blood drawn to test my sugar and I can proudly say I did very well in keeping it down YAY. I had my shot done as well so that is set yay. Christopher was being quite the crazy man. He refused to sit still so we could hear his heartbeat. He was all over the place kicking and smacking my belly. He is doing very well and is very healthy. He is still moving so much and always kicking hard so I can watch my stomach move. We cannot wait. Gary and I found a pack n play we wanna get for him. It's so cute. We also got Kylee's easter things and all I have left to get is th eggs for her egg hunt and my egg dye so we can do eggs together. After we grabbed something to eat and then headed home so we could take Kylee out for a walk in her car and get her some ice cream since it was St. Patty's day..we were all in our green as she should be b/c from me she has her irish. I had mine and ended up getting really sick and then got all shaky and couldn't move and forgot I had blood drawn and that was probably doing it to me. I was able to finally eat dinner but then shortly after watching tv with Gary we went to bed which felt great. Kylee has been excellent today. Even yesterday she was mommy's girl. I had to carry her all around and she just laid her head on my shoulders. She never does that much..she'd rather walk haha. But today she's been playing and took a very good nap but is relaxing now. I think she woke up too soon.
Well I gotta go..I gotta finish cleaning my kitchen and get ready for dinner

My little tumbler and my little girly girl Well as you see from my title both of my children are defining themselves. Our son feels like he's doing somersaults in my belly. Now I can watch my belly jump all over the place and move while he's moving around in there. I think this is one of my most favorite parts of pregnancy. I love being able to feel the baby move inside of me. He is such an active little boy...always moving except for when I want someone to see him do it. As soon as Gary puts his hands on my belly or even tries to see my belly move he stops....I guess he's saving all of it for when he's born. My belly is definately popping out there. Last night I saw myself and I was like "o my god I look 9 months pregnant" and Gary goes..well honey with Kylee you weren't that big b./c she was so small. I mean..I didn't start showing until I was about almost 7 months pregnant. My belly just wasn't popping out but this time..man. At 6 months I'm already way out there haha and having a terrible time getting comfortable and moving. Everytime he kicks down by my bladder I"m running to the bathroom. We just can't wait to see our little boy. I am getting so anxious now. I just want to see who he looks like and how big he is. I mean at our last appt. he was already 1lb and 8 oz. I just want to see him and hold him already. But Gary is telling him to keep gaining alot of weight b/c he wants a football player haha. It's going to be odd having a bigger baby. I mean Kylee was only 4lbs and 4oz. so I mean she wasn't newborn size until she was about a month old. I'm so used to teeny tiny babies.
Kylee is definatley becoming a little girly girl. She loooves to have her hair done or do someone else's hair. She LOVES socks oddly haha..whenever she puts a pair on all she'll do is go ooo la la la la. It is by far the cutest thing to hear. The other day we got her some more new clothes and a pair of new shoes haha and those really excited her..she wanted to put them right on. She is always telling people about them when we're out haha. She's definately changing everyday and loves new things. Last night we went to Toys R Us b/c we had to get her a toy box..well a REALLY big one b/c of the vast amount of toys she has haha...and ended up getting this huge one with a book shelf on top..VERY handy. We also got her the TMX Extra Special Elmo b/c she is VERY into him as well as the Teletubbies all of a sudden. It's all she'll watch now. She knows the theme song to the teletubbies haha...and her favorite is Po..when it gets to him and says his name she starts hollering PO with it haha..it's adorable. We get her home and we get Elmo out so she can play with him and man...this one is way complicated..we went online to get the codes for him and he does so much. The only part she likes is when he sings and dances or hiccups and she'll dance right along with him. But when he starts flipping around and laughing really loud she runs away poor girl. When Gary was changing her getting her ready for bed he was asking her how she liked her Elmo and she flat out told us she hated him..haha just simply with this look of upset " I hate elmo" shaking her head and he so Gary goes..oo honey no no..don't you like him and she's going no no elmo. She was very eager to kiss him goodbye when I put him away in the toy box haha. Lately when she knows she's not supposed to be doing something and knows I'm going to say something she'll out of nowhere start smiling at me going mommy mommy..and o do I love it. She always calls me mama and Gary always dada but she only calls us mommy and daddy when she's trying to get out of something haha. It sounds so cute though your heart just melts and you forget why you were upset with her haha. But she does have her daddy wrapped around her little finger.

Mud Season Well yesterday was absolutely gorgeous outside. Kylee and I went out for a walk which we both enjoyed. She was glad to get out for a little walk and when we got home we got ready because when Gary got home we had to go do our grocery shopping. We ended up going to Chili's for dinner..one of my all time favorite places to eat. We ordered Kylee some alfredo pasta with mandarin oranges which she gobbled up haha, I let Gary talk me into ordering this burger which of course sounded awesome..and I had it customized so I could eat it (b/c of my colitis), and he got his chicken crispers..soo out comes our meal..well my burger was like the size of my head.....and I went..WHOA..lol..and the waitress laughs and Gary goes..man..they weren't kidding when they said big mouth burger..I ended up cutting mine in half and it ended up looking like 2 huge burgers haha. All in all it was delicious and Kylee of course was picky as ever. So her's and most of mine came home with us. We go grocery shopping and of course halfway through she gets mad and doesn't wanna be in the cart any longer but we were able to get her to calm down to finish up and as soon as we get in the car she falls asleep. We get home..and she's up and running haha. After all her playing she goes to bed and shortly after we do.
This morning I was awoken by of course having to use the bathroom..b/c my son looves to kick my bladder haha..making me constantly have to go..but when he left I got dressed for the day and did a few dishes..made some muffins for breakfast..and cleaned my living room..haha I feel accomplished but I still have a few things to do.
Kylee had finally gotten up and needed a bath which she highly enjoyed and then I fed her breakfast so we could get outdoors and it is GORGEOUS out..it saddens me that for the next few days it's going to be low 30's and 20's so we won't be able to go outdoors. Well this is why I hate the mud...haha..I got Kylee all dressed..put her new socks on we just got her and her cute little white sneakers (once again I should of known better)..I get her all ready and myself and we head downstairs to get the stroller and go for a walk. Well we get down and I set her down so I can get her in the stroller..well she takes off running through piles of mud and then finds a puddle and JUMPS right in it.......thus ruining her new socks and white sneakers....she of course is having a blast haha..I finally wrangle her up and put her in the stroller and we go for a walk. Once again..beautiful out..we go for a nice long walk which she loved..she loves the outoors and we get back and she sees her car....well she of course wants to get in it..but with all the mud I can't really push it through it..so I said..later..you have your car upstairs (she's got another up in the house) and she throws this massive tantrum..screams and hollers so I have to carry her upstairs and she gets in the house..sits on the floor and decides she wants to go to bed..but it is around her naptime so it works. If it still stays nice out we'll go again later after lunch..MAYBE haha.
Christopher is as active as ever. Last night as I was sitting on the couch and he would constantly kick my bladder which then had me running to the bathroom every 5 minutes haha. This morning I was awoken with the same and Gary talking to him and touching my belly..which he does every morning and night..so cute. He has been quite active all morning and I find more and more everyday he's constantly moving and shoving around in there. I just cannot wait till he's here. Now I am getting more and more anxious for his arrival and getting things set up.
Well....I am hungry..which is also happening to me ALL THE TIME..I'm constantly hungry and feel I could eat us out of house and home lol. Last night I had a sundae cone..after finishing my left overs from supper...and then stole some of Gary's snack he had..and was still wanting more haha. But he's growing and needs it so I shall eat haha. Ok..snack..or lunch..not sure...
2008-02-26 (24 weeks)
Level II Ultrasound Well we went today to have the Level II ultrasound done for little Christopher (haha as I wrote his name he kicked..he must approve of his name) and I just came to the conclusion that I should write this out about my days in a regular hand written journal..give me something to do AND if I ever lost this I'd still have all of these. Well as I was saying haha..we get there on time..and ended up not getting in to get it done until 40 minutes later..UGH..but it was well worth it. She started and he was being lazy..he is never active in the morning..only late at night when I"m settled down to relax..always the way haha..but anyways..we got to see his head and legs and arms and I was watching and saw these little balls kicking away and realized..OMG..LOOK AT HIS FEET..they were so adorable and chubby looking and then I saw him waving his hand and then making a fist waving it..too adorable...the nurse would tap my belly to get him to open up but he refused. Kylee of course had her eyes glued to the screen. The nurse asked her if she knew the baby and she shook her head yes and told her it was "bro"..cutie..so smart. After a bit we got to see his little face..and instead of seeing that little alien face staring back at me..I see his chubby little newborn face and he's opening up and his mouth constantly and it was absolutley adorable...we never go to experience that with Kylee b/c she would protect her face from us..haha as Gary said..won't give the money shot. But it was so cute to see..and he checked out well with the doctor with his heart..PHEW. The doctor asked me if I knew what I was having and I told him yup..so he goes..gooood..and didn't say another word...so I went..WAIT WAIT..you did see a little boy right haha and he assured me that he was a boy..phew haha..another relief..I had a dream the night before that my water broke and I packed all the boy things and bam I had a girl haha....soo I had to make sure...but I had the same dream when I was pregnant with Kylee..except that instead of a girl I had a boy haha. But all was well with our little man.
When we did get home tonight we took Kylee to go play outdoors in the snow and made a snowman and snowballs with her..she of course had a blast. She looves the snow. That and her face looked so cute and her cheeks made me want to pinch em and kiss em off..she's such a cutie. She still isn't yet going near her big girl bed....she has no intention of it haha....But we gotta keep working with her and I'm sure she'll be good about it..but I mean..I don't want to push her b/c to me..she's still my baby and she loves her crib and I can't take it from her. Heck I'd put them both in a crib haha. They are both and always will be my babies regardless of their age. I have been working with Kylee on how to spell her name and now she actually can ..she is so proud and of course she is so proud of going on the big potty like she has been. I can't believe we might have her potty training early..at least I hope..she goes on it EVERYDAY and mind you..she has her own little royal throne potty haha..but insists that she sits on the big potty and she def goes but insists she has to EVERY seriously..EVERY 5 mintues...if not less. But she goes and claps everytime like we always do haha.
Wellllllllllllllllll Gary has been a dear and taken her to her room to play and keep her occupied so I could have a bit to myself and do something I wanted..sweetheart..but I will go relieve him and we better get dinner started...so I shall update again
