Laughing...

Now it's just a laughing thing!  The throwing up is CRAZY!!!  Now I'm laughing about it to keep from crying.  Stayed sick at work last night.  We ate watermelon for a snack while at work...gone in 15 minutes.  Then it was on to almond bark popcorn...gone in 5 minutes.  I give up!  Everybody knows to stay out of the way when I'm on the run down the unit...

This is just what I do!

Much Love!  Aimee & Baby

Better Days...Fatter Days!

The last two days have been much better with the nausea & vomiting.  I have only been sick a couple of times a day.  I’m very thankful for that!

On the other hand…my clothes are tight!  Can’t seem to find anything to fit around the waist area.   Brent had to bring home some bigger Testify t-shirts yesterday.  I’m scared that I am on my way to “hugeness”!

Anyway, I’m fixing to start my run of 32 hours of work.  Please be praying that the sickness will stay at bay until Monday.

Much Love,

 Aimee  & Growing Belly!

Don't do dry toast & peanut butter!

O.K....this is for all the first timers that are reading my blog.  Learn by trail...right?  Here is my advice for all the pregnant ladies that deal with nausea & vomiting 24/7.   DON'T EAT PEANUT BUTTER ON DRY TOAST!!!!  It's a killer coming back up!  Wow!  Don't think I'll be eating peanut butter for a while.

I decided to get up pretty early this morning.  I wanted to get the "being sick"  out of the way so that I can enjoy the day with our family.  About 12:30 this morning & got up out of bed & ate some dry toast...went back to bed & rested pretty well.  I thought I would get up again this morning and put a piece of toast on my stomach to see if that would help.  Why not add a little peanut butter to make it "stick"....WRONG!!!

So there it is! That's my advice for the day!  Now I'm going to my mother-in-laws to eat like a cow!  Taco Salad & Potato Soup!  I'm so happy!

Much Love, Aimee & Baby

8 weeks...

8 weeks today & still throwing up!  OH ME!!!  Things are going well besides the constant nausea  & vomiting.  Not really vomiting …just the worst dry heaves I’ve ever had!  I got a relief band device from a girlfriend at work…it was a blessing for 3 days!  No nausea or vomiting!  Boy was that short lived!  I’m thankful for the 3 days of rest!  Monday morning while at work…it all started up again and we have been in full force since Monday!

Anyway, on another note…the news is out.  Both of our families know about our pregnancy!  I think everyone is excited.  Word spreads quickly!

We go for another Dr.’s visit in 3 weeks.  Until then…I’m praying for no nausea & no vomiting!

Much Love, Aimee
