ugh on spider veins.. so hard to avoid!
it's so hard for me to not cross my legs! i decided yesterday that i would try to stop doing it, because otherwise my legs are going to end up like my moms.. all veiny and poofy..
i think i've caught myself at least 6 times yesterday.. and at least 10 times today! it's so hard. :(

vericose veins :(
well i have a big one in my leg from Jaz.. but now i'm starting to get them on my thighs around my knee area. maybe that old adage about crossing your legs isn't good for you.. isn't true.
but i've always been taught that it's ladylike, and i've been doing it forever. i can't just make myself stop! the thing is my veins don't just turn all bluey.. they stick out. so i've got puffy lines in my legs. yuck!
