SO I did write a whole birth story on here until for some reason babycrowd asked me to sign back in and when I did my whole entry disappeared. So I had to take a few days off from this site out of aggrivation! Anyway I just put up some new pics of my little joy boy! I hope to write a birth story in more detail, but in a quick note here's what happened.

I ended up being induced on the 26th. I labored for 18 hours getting up to 91/2 cm's. I stayed at that for two hours and couldn't get that last bit, Trevor's head was a bit big! So after a long day of lot's of pain the Dr finally ordered a C-section. At 1:16 am on the 27th Trevor Stephan was born. He was 10lbs 1oz and 22 inches long. My little chunka! And actually he's not that chunky, he's just a bigger baby, but he's pretty skinny!

So recovery has been okay. I was a little sore in the beginning and then I was allergic to the adhesive on the tape that covered my incsion. So all around the incsion was this bubbly gross skin irritation. It was SO itchy. Then I got hemrrhoids. OUCH so itchy! Those have been worse than recovering from the surgery. But I have lots of help from my sister and mom and my husband has been awesome. I tried nursing but I ended up hating it. I think my big boy just requires a bit more than I can supply! But it's okay, I'm fine with it. 

So anyway, all in all I'm in love with my baby boy! He's so aweseome and God is so great to bless me with the two best boys in the world...Trevor and my Husband Steve. I don't know what I would've done with out Steve through all this. I had my doubts on how he would be through all of this and he overcame any expectation I ever had. I'm falling more in love with both boys everyday!

Hi everyone, this is Krista's mom writing to tell you that Krista had a baby boy early (1:16 am) Wednesday morning.

Trevor Stephan arrived via C-section weighing 10lbs 1oz. and was 22 inches long and had a full head of very blond hair.

Krista is recovering very quickly and is feeling great.  She'll post pictures and update you all after she gets home.

Ok so I had an ultrasound this morning and baby is very healthy. She checked the weight and since last Monday the baby has grown at least a pound. So the baby is weighing in at 9 1/2 pounds! So technically that is give or take by about a pound. SO at least 8 1/2 pounds and at most 10 1/2 pounds. Basically whatever way I look at it I'm going to be giving birth to a large baby. At my doctors appointment I had a non stress test and baby looks great. My cerviz has not changed, stil 1-2 cm's and about 70%efaced. She tried to spread my cervix a bit, whatever that means. And she went over what I do on Tuesday morning for my induction. I have to call at 6am and hopefully go in at 7am. Then she went over with me that my chances of having a section are a bit more since this baby is so big. So she said to just get things officially ready at home so that I will have less work to do when I am recovering. We'll see what happens.

This baby is a stubborn little thing! And should I even say little?!  And I'm serious that we've tried everything. From walking like crazy, shopping like crazy, intercourse, lots of cleaning, raspberry tea, pineapples, chinese food, spicy food, more intercourse, stripping of the membranes, sitting on the excercise ball, more stripping of the membranes, oh and did I mention intercourse?! Not to also mention I've had more contractions over the past 3 weeks than most women have in labor, I lost my mucous plug over a week ago, and I'm going crazy!!!!!!! So now I know that this baby really is going to come on it's own time or when the Dr says it's time. In that case I'm doing NOTHING for the duration of this pregnancy. I have less than a week before baby is here and I might as well rest while I have the chance!!
